In particular just trying to pay your bill each month. This company should fire whoever they are using to automate their system. I have used straight talk for years and years and I would guesstimate at this point I have a month of my life tied up with trying to pay my bill each month. As there is no excuse for a company of this size to have such a flawed system with all the advances in AI technology. It is awful and the moment I find a company with a better support network that operates with no contracts I will switch at this point.

The ZTE unit that I previously got from them had a design flaw. I then noticed that the clock on my home phone system kept jumping ahead 7 hours. It's caused by a design flaw in the Moxee unit, I discovered. You have to have a phone that can turn off time sync, which I don't. Straight Talk wouldn't do anything for me. I can live with it or buy a new phone system. The price of low-cost service.

Communication was also terrible; they made additional repairs without calling for approval and then charged me for it. Another issue I noticed is that they use generic parts, which has significantly lowered the quality of the iPhone camera.
