I got frustrated I pay 150 a month and since I forgot my pin and being told there was nothing he could do. He couldn't reset or help I asked if I could use a desk phone phone to call support since mine wasn't working. Clearly why I was at the store and he said no. I said last year I brought my phone in that was dead and the guy who helped me was able to bring my account up and got through everything never had any issues. I guess Dawson got butthurt and told me to go find that guy and he couldn't help me again with a big grin on his face. . A little redundant since he already told me to go figure it out myself. Stay away from this place. Terrible service and not everyone is trained the same. I also wanted to speak to his manager who he said is out for weeks ‍ There is a Verizon shop down the road that was much much friendlier and helped me fix my phone, yes he was much more knowledgeable than Dawson.
