I went to the Fenton location a few years ago. My husband who has a flip phone, immediately got a card and phone was working while we shopped. My phone, which I use for business took over a day to start working. The young person ran my phone through another number, a Chicago number, totally changing my IP address. I live in St. Louis and my number is a former Ladue landline. I have had this number for over twenty years. Now, every time I look things up, it shows result for Chicago. Yes, I have the location on, but results and websites use IP addresses. Numerous complaints to TMobile, they only say turn your location on. Scummy employee taking advantage of us going into the store, instead of getting a card online when I first signed up. My new phone, no physical card, is still connected to that Chicago number IP address. I had texts showing the number he used, but they have been removed a couple months into this heinous assault on my original phone IP. That's why I am still disgusted years later. read more

THIS IS THE WORLDS ABSOLUTE WORST WI-FI EVER MADE!!! DO NOT GET IT! I can't stream and play video games. I can barely play a game it always 2 frames behind. I can't watch short videos without it buffering. I can't watch Netflix Apple TV or just about anything without it buffering! seriously the worst cell phone service eve. My husband and I came in angry and frustrated with our phones. We were helped right away by Zach. He. Was. AWESOME! Very friendly and knowledgeable on the phones and other products in the store. He was patient with my questions and concerns. He was very upfront with all the pricing details and shipping expectations for the phone I wanted (the color I wanted was currently out of stock). My husbands phone was transferred quickly and seamlessly and he loves it! Zach made the entire experience pressure free, easy and we walked out very pleased with my husbands new phone and accessories. The manager Makalala and all employees were rude and disrespectful toward me and very unhelpful to resolve my issues. They kept referring me to go home and call customer service. When i called them, they referred me back to the store and informed me that the manager was on site and would help me. I went back to the store she was running out the front door to avoid me. All I need is a return label to mail back they defected phone and a refund of their over charging me of $136.42. Customer service on the phone informed me that I would receive a return label in my email. It never arrived. During all the back and forth I broke out in hives and missed work due to the phone not working. I I will never deal with T Mobile again. Mary D read more

This long overdue ( 11-12 days ) review is for the excellent work Jackie provided for my Dad & I . She was the best person we have ever met and been helped by from wireless retail stores . First of all she very patiently stayed after the store closed and worked all the way for 3 + additional hours . We each ported our numbers along with activating new devices . Within the time she provided kind and super awesome customer service ( including during the moments my Dad & I were having some personal spats arguing with each other ) . Also her family were very nice and really pleasant as well . They on their personal waited for their Wife and Mom to help us . We came there in the late evening and this was near before Halloween . Jackie made the store really fun and had some of the coolest decorations I've ever experienced in wireless retail stores . If I owned this store I'd be so lucky to have her working . read more

This review is for Matt and Justin at Fenton's T-Mobile. Both were completely professional and empathetic as we worked through several unique issues during the change of carriers. This took several visits. I had complete trust in them. I wish the young woman I had to work with there this morning was as good as Matt and Justin. Her lack of empathy, even after sharing why I so urgently needed a phone that works, was hard to understand. She would receive one star. But as long as Matt and Justin are working, customers will receive good care! Thanks guys! read more

My husband and I came into this location today to switch carriers. We walked in the door and looked around for a few minutes then we were greeted by a gentleman, Justin, who I thought Was a customer honestly because he was sitting down on the bench when I walked in. Not complaining about that but just making an observation. He came over and asked what we were looking to do today. We explained that after looking online, and driving by the day before seeing an IPhone 12 sign which had then been removed less than 24 hours later, that we wanted to switch to T-Mobile after being screwed over by Verizon. The online promo was either a $650 gift card to pay off the other carrier or a $250 gift card for switching carriers. Justin went to the back grabbed his iPad came back out and I mentioned to him about the promos and he said oh yeah go ahead look those up for me. Ok sure. So mid talking we mentioned that we might want to go from Apple to an android and I guess that somehow got lost in translation. Justin went back to the back again came back out and said that Matt would be with us shortly. So we waited the business was pretty empty Except for another couple talking to a young lady sales person and a gentleman. I was eavesdropping on that conversation and heard that they needed to pay some money upfront when they looked like a well to do older couple. Matt then came out and he had us come over to a table and we introduced ourselves we actually recognized Matt From when it used to be sprint. Justin ran down what we wanted to do exactly and he got up and left. Came back and we were still talking about phones at the time And I mentioned what I saw online and immediately that was kind of pushed aside because they had a Bogo on an iPhone 12 and apparently you can't do all those things on top of the other. However when I spoke with customer help online they told me that yes those deals could be stacked. Anyways Matt took my husband's drivers license and started inputting the information Justin came back and asked if Matt was taking care of us properly and we said absolutely and Justin said something to the effective well you can just go ahead and hit him if he's not. I really felt like it was a condescending way about Justin in regards to how he was treating Matt. I have never seen this manager Justin before and Matt has been working there for Sprint and now T-Mobile for years. I really feel bad for Matt he takes his job seriously and he has pride and works hard. I just thought that Justin was kind of being a bully and I don't think that's appropriate. When they ended up running our information and they said that he would eventually had to put down $300 on one line and $300 on the other line in order to get iPhone 12 because of credit. Mind you we have poor credit because of medical bills. Myself having a Brain Tumor and being uninsurable BUT they wouldn't run my information just my husbands. When all of that went down Justin was no where to be found. Apparently they don't want to discuss putting phones in a business name. That's fine already had a bad taste in my mouth and I will never step foot in that store for again nor will I ever inquire about T-Mobile again. read more
