Been here for 10 minutes and the 1 worker has not even acknowledged me! Another person can in and the same thing. She asked if he was the only person here and said someone was here in the bathroom - after 15 minutes he showed up! Made me move from where I was sitting to where he wanted me. Had only 1 person on staff. Waited to and endless amount for something that should've been handled over the phone. But Verizon customer care call unit is totally incompetent to switch over a number from one carrier to another cause they give false info. read more

I went to Verizon to get the new iphone. I would normally prefer to go to the Apple Store, or even Best Buy, for something like this, but I had a $50 off coupon if I got it at Verizon, so I went to this one. Things started off well enough. I explained what I wanted, and they understood. They started the process of getting me my new phone. Honestly, it seems I was there a lot longer than I needed to be. I was there an hour total, and I was probably there for a good 45 minutes after they started helping me. As I waited my turn (2 people waiting ahead of me, plus whoever was being helped at the moment I arrived), I looked around the store, including at their selection of cases for the new iphone. I was not impressed. Essentially, most of their cases were very feminine or very plain. I quickly decided not to buy a case at this store. They also wanted to see my ID and made a big production out of it, insisting that they photograph it, front and back. Why? I'll show you if you need to see it, but why do you need a picture of it? When it got to be my turn, the guy who started helping me seemed alright. At one point, he told me I had an "upgrade" on my account. I know I did not have one on my phone, so I tried to ask him what this meant. In short, he couldnt tell me and passed me off to a coworker. She couldnt tell me either. Essentially, if they tell you you have an "upgrade," be wary: its their way of trying to get more money out of you without giving you anything in return. I selected the phone I wanted, and since my contract on my old one was not up, I had to pay that off. However, when I got the payment plan on the new one, I had to pay all the taxes up front. For some reason, this required two separate transactions. After that, they asked me if I wanted to buy a case. Having already seen theirs, I wasnt interested and said no. But they kept pushing. They just wouldnt give up! I was about to tell them if they kept pushing it, I was about to leave. Then they tried to sell me a screen protector. I smartly peeled the one off my old phone, and since it was the same size as the new one, planned to place it on there when I got home. Then on the way out the door, it got bent just a little and snapped. So I had to get a new one. When I asked how much it was, she told me it was $21. Then when she rang me up, it was suddenly $24. And by $24, she meant $26 with tax. Stop changing the price!!! So that was transaction #3, but at least I got my phone. I hope I never have to go back here again. They dont seem to know what they are doing. If I have problems with my phone, I will surely to to an Apple store instead, because these people are no help. Save yourself the trouble and just dont go here, or even better, to any Verizon store. read more

if I could select 0 stars, I would. I've never wanted to write a review like this. I went into this location in July, 2022 to open a personal account to get my son his first cell phone. the lady brought up a phone that was already activated under someone else's account, the two guys sitting playing on their cell phones while she was trying to get phone activated told her it shouldn't have been on the shelf. long story short, after activating first phone number then realizing she couldn't use that device- she got a new one and registered it to my account. but did not remove the original number. I was being charged for two lines, but no one in the store or customer service knew how to remove the first line. it is now mid September and I am still trying to get this fixed. I have called the store umpteen times and they offer no help and refuse to call me back. customer service has not been able to help and I've been on the phone for hundreds of hours. Could not be more disappointed with this store and Verizon as a whole. My family had set up an appointment to upgrade our phones on a special promotional plan that would add X amount of money to our bill for each new phone. We came in for our appointment and were told we made no such appointment. They didn't seem to even understand the concept of an appointment, as if that was something they didn't do. (Even though we had called two days prior and set one up.) Then we were literally laughed at by their "solutions" manager who said it didn't even matter because they had pulled the promotion the day before and had no phones left. Even though this plan was supposed to run through Christmas Eve and our appointment was on the 22nd... We then called their customer service plan where we were given the run around and told there was nothing they could do. Just disgusting. We don't live particularly close to this store. We all twisted our schedules to make this appointment. One of us waited in the parking lot for 2 hours. And they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I work retail. I understand promotions end. I understand that things get miscommunicated. But you NEVER laugh at the customer and tell them there isn't anything you can do. You honor your promise and you FIX YOUR MISTAKE. Needless to say we will be taking our service elsewhere. This was the last and final straw with this awful company. read more
