There is customer service, and then there is Sean G.'s customer service. I had a bit of a wait at…read morethe McLean store, so had the opportunity to watch Sean provide thoughtful and helpful service to the two customers before me. He went above and beyond with all of us. I contrast this with the Tyson's store on Leesburg Pike, which screwed up my business phone line. Sean sorted it all out and sent me on my way a very happy customer. While at the store a gentleman came in who was quite obviously in some sort of altered state. He was unkempt and largely incoherent, becoming agitated when asked for ID to verify his account. Another female customer and I both sensed danger and tensed up; meanwhile, Sean handled him calmly and respectfully until he finally left. When he returned 30 or so minutes later, I immediately set my phone to 911 just in case, but Sean once again handled him like a pro. I have no doubt that the situation could have gone south quickly had Sean shown any trace of irritation or anger. Store manager, give that man a raise!

I was advised to have my furnace unit inspected, and I discovered these people online. I called…read moreone day to schedule an appointment, and I was shocked by the fact that they were ready to come by the day of. But I was at work, so that wasn't happening! So I scheduled them to come by the next day when I would be at home a little bit. They sent me an email when Ronald (Ron), the one who would be taking on this job, was on his way. He was about 15 minutes late, but when he did arrive, he was there for about an hour and a half. I was very happy that he had shoe covers prepared to put on before stepping inside. As he checked the indoor and outdoor units, he was quite thorough in every aspect of his inspection. I especially liked the fact that he wasn't there just to give me an inspection report and be gone, he was willing to answer any questions and educate me as well. Even Dad learned new things, and he's been experienced with this stuff way longer than I have. I was glad to be able to have conversation, be comfortable, and feel like Ron knew exactly what he was doing. At the end of his service, he said that the inspection report would take 30-60 minutes to send over. This impressed me, as I usually expect a full day's worth of time before I receive this. As promised, I got the report within the hour. I want to give a big thank you to Ron, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs their units looked at. I am glad that I found AireServ.

Was in the Verizon Woodbridge store today 5/17/23 to drop off my phone that I previously was having…read moreissues with after receiving its replacement. I was advised that I could not drop off my phone at the local store and my only option was to mail it in. This was advised by the manager of the store. She also explained to myself and three other customers that she would not be able to provide service to us being that she had three other customers on the list. This was at 6:30p. From my understanding the store closes at 7p. Not sure why we were all advised that we would not be assisted being that we were in the store 30 minutes before the store closes. All customers including myself was very disturb by this. Especially hearing this from the manager. Her behavior was very unprofessional and the fact that she doesn't know the policies and workflows as a store manager is beyond me. I later called the Verizon customer service line and was told that I do have the option to drop my phone off at the local store. As you know I was not happy after hearing this. I have to say as a customer for 16 years this is the worst service I've ever experienced from Verizon. Very disappointing.

A lot of it was in the basement and we couldn't stand the thought of dragging it all up basement steps and hauling it out to the street for trash removal. I called Junkluggers and had excellent service from start to finish. A very professional organization, from the person who answered my first telephone call to the nice guys who picked up our stuff. There was a nice selection of sizes, colors & finishes for the training lines I wanted. My son also found some Nike yoga pieces that he liked as well. Good price. Good Value. My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. I saw a young lady casually standing at the online order booth on her phone. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. There were literally only 2 people in front of us and we were in line 30 minutes. To make matters worse, my 15% in store reward from my Nike app was NOT applied. I returned to the store but couldn't get anyone's attention to address. Had to leave annoyed in order to get back to work.
