I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return. The 2nd time they repaired the screen, 2 days later the phone started glitch then went black. I returned to the store and they would not issue a refund.
