Not friendly. Used to have great service. Has gone downhill. Won't be going back to that one again.

I started with T-Mobile five months ago when I purchased a phone. My phone has not worked from my home since day one. I have gone into T-Mobile several times, talked to T-Mobile technicians several times. I originally purchased a warranty for my phone, but was told T-Mobile could do nothing about it. I had to go through Apple. I've gone to Apple stores in the Denver and Boulder areas. Basically I can't use my phone at my house. It drops calls so I can do no business or speak to friends. I was just kicked out of this T-Mobile store at Foothills Mall as I spoke with two employees, a manager, and they reiterated what I have been told repeatedly since five months ago from at T-Mobile tech on the phone. I was insulted, interrupted and given incorrect information.. I'm told my only option is to pay thousands of dollars to get a new phone as I need to pay off a phone I was told was free. It would cost me thousands of dollars to leave T-Mobile now and no one there can help me. They are insulting, impatient condescending, and accused me of having a "bad speaking tone." Several horrible experiences I am still left with phone that hasn't worked since day one and no one to help. read more

We closed our account and free 3 months still did not have our refund. We received letters stating it was forthcoming, but never came. Spoke with 3 agents who checked and promised the refund. Have to say, VERY disappointed with their service, except for Randolph who was able to have it returned to our credit card and it was there after 24 hours. Thank you, Randolph. This happened after everyone else said a credit card refund was not possible. Hate TMobile, but Randolph was great. read more

Gabe at the T-Mobile Foothills Mall was the man. He helped us set up all three of our new iPhones, expertly put on the screen protectors, advised us of all the new features and transferred all the data from our old phones ... everything came across perfectly. Thanks Gabe, you're amazing! read more

Do not go with tmobile. My almost 70 year old mother has been with them for over 20 years. She had canceled a tablet line on her account, online, MONTHS ago. Then, we had to call their customer support line because they had charged her for it again the following month or two. They gave her a credit for what she was charged after canceling it online. Cool, taken care, right? NOPE! She got her new bill and it was over double what it should have been. So we call back, and get this. Since she decided to cancel the tablet line, the decided she wasnt going to get the discounted rate she was getting for the tablet line and that they were going to charge her the full rate for the tablet line, THAT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. Make it make sense. Tmobile out here taking advantage of senior citizens, which they know she's a senior citizen since she gets the senior discount on her phone bill. I used to have them years ago, but was paying for unlimited high speed data just for the data not to work most of the time, I had called customer service so I could prepare my number to be transferred to another carrier, I was assured it was taken care of, until I went to officially transfer my number to a new carrier and low and behold, they wouldnt let me do so. Tmobile sucks all around. I currently have att and yeah, theyre more expensive but literally, so much better coverage wise and customer service wise. Tmobile scams their customers.​ read more

One thing that is an ultra irony is to get any help of any kind from them, I have to call and speak using voice phone like we're still mid 20th century. It's really a pain to have to call a phone number and speak voice call to a person as the only way forward at anything in t-mobile. I use a thing called e-mail and another called texting both of which are as foreign to t-mobile customer service like color television must be to the year 1952. I have some suggestions to their operations I'd like to pass on but that would be most and best facilitated by an e-mail but such communications are not engageable when reaching out to t-mobile, its either voice call or nothing. My issue today here in the 21st century is international texting and how to do that. No such help from tmobile like they never even heard of texting much less international texting and how to then do it. so here I sit trapped in this cant get help reality that is where the US telecom industry crashes into revenue generation marketing and data metric capitalization and exploitation to the point of falling behind the 3rd world as they can do international communications easily as their systems are enabled, where I cant as I am an exploitable for profit only hence the curse of being here with only a for profit industry as our only resource for any kind of services. So I give up on the what ever this phone and American industry has become and seek a revolution. read more

Even though I despise TMobile and absolutey hate their service and hidden "fees" on top of having 5 bars and 5g and not being able to make a phone call. Brandon did everything he possibly could to rectify the situation. YOUR lucky to have an employee like him and I would suggest giving him a review to ensure he stays an employee because at this point him and Alli (I believe is his name) are saving your face. Do better and treat your top employees accordingly. T mobile, no help at all. Phone not functioning, you have to make an appointment online. I can't my phone is not functioning. Borrow someone else's phone to make an appointment. I don't have that option. Well we cannot make an appointment by phone in store. That is the most stupid thing I have heard in a long time. Have to go in and wait 1.5 hours just for a person. T-mobile has lost its groove! Granted they're still offering the most competitive rates across the serious contenders: or as I like to say: the least bad of the 4 incumbent cell phone carriers. My recent experience are probably class-action worthy. My family and I walked into this t-mobile store (no joke!) and wanted to spend $400 on a cell phone. The iPhone 6SE was advertised at $399. Then the clerk informed us - after I wanted to pay off the phone out right - that a $ 20 surcharge must be levied as "transfer charge". After I told him to take off the charge as I would transfer the data myself he suddenly changed course that it's a mandatory charge for buying g the phone in the shop rather than online. A charge for buying in the shop?!?!?! Folks if you are shopping for cell phones, don't go to T-mobile stores. read more

This is an awful T-Mobile. I went in On Friday to see about getting the new iPhone but I decided to get a red iPhone 8 instead. The clerk when my credit quoted me a price and said they were going to be marked down $100 the next day or so to come back I did. But somehow the price quoted was $50 higher and I tried to explain that to the girl working but it was like she wasn't listening and just said have a good day all fake like! read more

I want to commend this store for its extensive and highly personal service. I just moved to Fort Collins from Charleston, S.C., with a cracked Android that left me vulnerable to losing my data. I ended up buying a new, relatively inexpensive I-phone--a challenge for someone as non-tech-savvy as myself. Back in Charleston, the pattern among T-Mobile store employees was to give you at most fifteen minutes of quality time. They addressed your most urgent issue, then deflected any other questions on the assumption that you should get up to speed technically on your own. In contrast, the people at this Fort Collins location have given me hours of personal help, first in backing up my data to the I-cloud, then in getting me up to speed as a new i-phone user. One particular employee, a Ms. Amanda Wolff, painstakingly answered my every clueless question, down to how to text more efficiently or how to enlarge my gmail font size. A glitch several years back left me with triplicates of every contact, and she volunteered to keep my new phone for half a day and delete all the extra contacts during her free moments. At any given time while I was there, her manager would also jump in to give me extra assistance. I'm just not used to being spoiled in this way, and I'm writing this review to show my appreciation. read more

How difficult can this company be? I strongly recommend if you have parents that have T-Mobile that you check their statements because I guarantee one way or another they are being taken advantage of. I have been trying to get help from this company that took advantage of my mom but I have gotten nowhere it took over a year and a half for me to get reimbursed for a buy one get one free Samsung phone and then they told my mom she was getting all these free things because she was purchasing a phone... NO that wasn't the case once I got a hold of her bill I realized that they were charging her full price for everything I guarantee my mom wouldn't have bought $200 headset that she has never even used and sits in a drawer and now they refuse to take it back this company is full of all kinds of little games to get their sales, they are smooth-talking salesman I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more
