by far the worst customer experience i've ever had. Coleman Griffin is the retail store manager. if you encounter him be aware he's rude to women and when you mention that you don't appreciate a man being rude to a woman his reply may be similar to the one i received which was "i don't care" i don't care either. i hope one day someone addresses his rude behavior because when i addressed it he played victim even though i was respectful professional and provided him clear easy communication. i maintained my own composure inside of the place of business to not make anyone else uncomfortable but i hope to see him again one day on accident to discuss this blatant disrespect he's so comfortable having. read more

Went here with my friend she was very excited to get a new phone. the girl that helped us, Madison, she did not have a great attitude. Did not explain much at all to us. Made us feel dumb when we would ask questions. Asked if we wanted extra stuff like a phone case or screen protector but wouldn't tell us the prices. Bad attitude towards other coworkers. She did her job without trouble but did not make it a pleasant experience, when getting a new phone is supposed to be exciting. Would not recommend this store. read more

I went into this store shopping for a new phone. While there they suggested replacing my Spring sim card with a T-Mobile card. After the switch the phone wouldn't connect to their network. They tried switching back to a new Sprint card and then another T-Mobile card but nothing worked. They even spent time on the phone with support but could not get my phone working. This was a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Their solution was to give me back my non-working phone and told me it was an Apple problem and to contact them. read more
