T-Mobile: 2023 - 2024 (from March 2023 to February 2024) 1 of 5 We have T-Mobile internet, so I thought I'd bundle my mobile phone service with them as well. For nearly a year, they could not help me with the change. Then two weeks ago, they said it can be done. I just needed to get a transfer pin from my other carrier and they'll send me the sim cards to make the change. My gut instinct told me not to make a complete change until after I'd tested the service. I requested a one-week test to see if their carrier would work in our area. Well... it didn't. After two days, I requested a change back to our original carrier. T-Mobile would not release my phone number - creating havoc. After roughly 8-hours of phone conversations - and a 3.5-hour drive to their store, they finally gave our number back. We went through weeks of distress and hours of our life taken away because of their incompetence and their uncaring attitude. Let this be a lesson to all. Being one of the third largest wireless providers, T-Mobile is certainly one of the worst... if not the worst of the lot. read more

We had awesome service at this location. We went in with a concern and DANNY went over and above to resolve it. I am retired from a sales position and recognize good service and this gentleman is top notch! If I had a business I would snag him. Professional, personable and actually cares! My husband and I talked about how great he is all day. Danny, thanks so much for your expert work, you are underpaid. We went in with a concern and ended up spending $75 on portable batteries. Walked in and wasn't greeted. They were working with customers, but a brief nod would have been appreciated. I was the only one in the store . I'm taking into account they are working in a cellphone store. Soooo. If slow was a name it would be this store. Why do they all sound like they're learning as they go. Time to go to one of the million stores in fresno that isn't this one. read more

This is definitely the worst phone service I've ever had, I recommend going to any other phone company. The tmoble employees are clueless they have little to no training, most lie to make the sale of seriously crappy products, iv yet to see anything work the way it is supposed to. As soon as the contract is up, I will most definitely be going somewhere else. If I could give tmoble negative stars I would. read more

Customer service was great although there was a wait it went by quick and was able to get serviced. The only complaint I have is that the first women who came up to ask what I needed help with was rude and wasn't much help. read more

My whole experience with Sprint merging with T-Mobile has been an absolute nightmare! Sprint sent me a new SIM card to replace in my iPhone 11 which they said was mandatory. I was also told via a text and also on the phone that was eligible for an upgrade to iPhone 13 free with trade in and my monthly payment would be less. Even though I was happy with my iPhone 11 and could purchase it outright for less than $200, she was very pushy about it so I agreed. I went to this T-Mobile store for the transaction and the young man(un-customer service) was so rude and dismissive I wanted to cry. He told me there was no such deal and treated me like a stupid old lady. There were so many things wrong with my visit there: delayed first appt due to "computer problem". Second appt, I called and was told computer was ok now but when I arrived, it wasn't. Very long wait as I was ignored. When I asked for help with the SIM card, the guy was annoyed for some reason. I left feeling very badly. When I explained to Sprint I was told the T-Mobile salesman was wrong. She talked me into ordering the iphone13 in the mail and everything went from bad to worse. These employees talk a good talk for their commission but it's all lies, bait and switch, anything to get you to upgrade and when you learn you've been outright cheated it's too late and nobody at Sprint or T-Mobile cares one bit about the mess they got you into. Went to this store today to get a new screen protector and ask about mechanical issues on my other line. Yara was very helpful and efficient and listened to every concern we had. They didn't have my exact screen protector in, but she put one on and ordered mine to get it in a few days. She was awesome and I appreciate the help read more

I went into the store after finding what I needed online and calling the store. This was the 1st week of March, 2021. I was there to purchase a new sim for my old wifi T-Mobile hotspot and a PRE-PAID wifi plan as I saw online and was verified when I called the store. The associate said he understood what I wanted but was having issues. With help from a supervisor he completed the transaction in the computer. I paid the required 1st month and the price of the new sim. A month or so later the hotspot was stolen by a visitor to my daughter's apartment. I tracked it down and it would not work properly so we made other arrangements for temporary wifi. For months I have been harassed by T-Mobile saying I owe money. Even after contacting "customer service" with the details. If it continues I will report them for bait and switch whether it was intentional or not, I will not pay the price. read more

I didn't get his name but the gentleman who helped me this morning was fantastic. I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted, a budget & I let him know I was on a time crunch. This man literally got me everything I wanted within my price range in under 15 minutes and he explained everything clearly. Store was very clean too, overall very satisfied with my visit. I love this store! After another store screwed me on a SIM Activation kit I came here to see if they could help me out. The plan I was going to sign up with can only be activated online or at a Walmart, the stores aren't supposed to be able to do it. (And if you go to any T-Mobile store none of the sales people know about it.) But once I explained what happened with the SIM kit and explained what the plan was, one of the girls went to the back room and when she came out she did some sort of wizardry on her computer and activated my phone! I was planning on just getting the code and doing it myself, but since I had to make a separate trip they were nice enough to do it all for me in store to make sure it worked, which I thought was very nice. I would come to this store more often but they are to far from my house, otherwise I would probably make this my go-to store! read more

The employees at this establishment are not well trained on the equipment and services they offer. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy something so they can get their commission. And then when you go back to return all the products you purchased because they misinformed you they make it seem like you're the problem and like you misunderstood what was said. Never purchasing from this location. Also for the employee who was adamant the Apple Watch came with a brick and assumed we kept it, learn your products and what come inside the box. Wow just WOW! Terrible customer service when first walking in I walked in before another customer and she gets greeted before I do? That doesn't seem right. Because I wasn't wearing a mini skirt with boots showing leg? Ok, I'm in line to make a payment and there are 3 representatives available. I'm standing here for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledges that I am standing here until the 2 "ladies" talking about things other than work look up and say oh I'll be right with you. Uhm for what so you can finish your conversation? Ok. That seems reasonable talking about your personal life and then the guy to the right of them. TERRIBLE! Please hire NEW AND DIFFERENT employees. I'm not wasting another minute or breathe in this place. I'll drive across town to make a payment or upgrade my phone elsewhere so they can make the commission. read more

Great store better then the other store I used to go to the staff is always quick to help you and they acknowledge you when you walk in and even at their busiest they get you in and out if there is a problem they make it right no matter what I will always come to this location for any phone problem and even if I want to upgrade my service doesn't matter where I'm at . read more

Oddly, I had a good experience here today, compared to seeing the other poor reviews here. Maybe because it was for the type of service I needed today, which was just switching out a sim card to put on another phone which is an easy task. IDK? Maybe cus those were new employees compared to some of those older reviews, who knows. We were also probably the first customers of the day because it was 10am. My sister & I head towards the door, a male employee had opened the the door for us & welcomed us & asks what we were here for today. We told him our situation & a female employee who was standing nearby immediately says, "I got you guys!" & Took us to that table mijiggy thing to work on our phones. They were all really cheerful so it gave me good vibes. She asks few questions so we let her know on what we wanted exactly. She immediately finished the job & said, "Well, that's it!" I don't switch out sim cards often of that sort, kind of thing, so I didn't know that was free of charge. We thanked them & they kindly bid us farewell & we left feeling really good because we got that done asap without any issues. My entire experience with this company is horrible. Not only did the staff lie about their promotion but even the manager lied directly to my face when we signed up, only to find out our payments went up $40 because they purposley hid information from me. So that the could recieve more commission and because they needed to meet quotas. This is a company with no ethics. read more
