And I love that they're open on weekends too. I used the kiosk for Amazon for the first time game changer. Kiosk was easy to use- you scan the code, easy to follow, after it gives you a sticker you pack it and drop it off in the slot. The have everything you will need at a UPS store. The staff is friendly, you show them the QR code and they pack it up for you. Gives you and receipt and ask if there's anything else they can help you with. They definitely value their customers. I'm an amazon super shopper, which means I return of ton of stuff too. This UPS store has been my go to for Amazon returns and is it weird to say I love it? It's never really slammed because it's tucked away from the main street and staff here are always on their game. There's never a confused look when I drop a mangled Amazon box on the counter. I'm literally in and out in 3-minutes or less. This location also accepts AT&T device returns like routers, modems, etc. This came in super handy when I moved to my new house and needed to ditch some old equipment. Not the sexiest review, but they can't all be ramen loaded with a side of deep dish pizza. read more

I love coming to the UPS Store, it reminds me of ONE of my favorite movies LEGALLY BLONDE. If you seen the movie then you understand!! Every location is usually consistent. They even have a legit rewards program which sounds totally awesome. I have my stamp card somewhere in my car (not pictured). I came in last week carrying two huge boxes one I needed to mail out back to Amazon and the second a package was delivered that wasn't ours so as a good human being and citizen I sent it back to the return address. If a package doesn't have my name or the dudes name on it then we don't even bother to open it (could be against the law too) so return here it goes! The staff saw that I was struggling with opening the door and immediately came to the rescue to help me, what such wonderful service! I thanked the staff member profusely as I didn't think I needed help but I did xD two hands wasn't enough. It is a always cool inside, very clean and smells like stationary...I'm weird I know. I LOVE stationary as I am a huge scrap booker. They have your typical mailing needs such as postage stamps, boxes, gift cards, cards - you name it. I was in and out in record time. It took about less than 5 minutes which postal office I would have been waiting longer. Plus I get to see the lovely UPS men in their uniforms! Win-Win! I highly recommend any UPS location. As I never had a horrible experience. I do prefer this location as it's by Sierra Vista mall but a hassle to enter depending on what direction you are coming from. Always excellent customer service, hardly ever a line, and dropping off items to return has averaged to be under 10 seconds for me. They will seal and package the item(s) for you. You just need to provide a return label specifically for the item or let them scan the bar code of the returning item provided to you by the company you purchased it from. They set the bar very high for extremely fast, efficient, and friendly service when it comes to returning items. read more

I visited this UPS store recently to do a return with multiple packages. I had already processed my first package at the kiosk since it was so packed and no one was using the kiosk so i thought i'd give it a try. i was returning multiple large packages it prompted me if i had multiple packages i said yes and stamped the first one and Before I even left the store to grab my second package from my truck parked right out front, an employee named Yvette confronted me in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. She raised her voice and made it seem like I was doing something wrong, which was embarrassing. she said she was going to take a picture of me and my package and did not believe that i had another package. i literally told her she could hold as i grab my other package she insisted i was lying, it took no more than 20 sec to grab the other package. she did not apologize or anything, as an minority male, the experience left me feeling particularly uncomfortable, while everyone just staring at me looking, even if i was someway in the wrong and if your reading this please be more professional and kind to all people and I hope the store can work on improving their customer service for everyone. read more

I will NEVER spend a dime in this place, I only go there because Amazon has a return contract with them. If I wanted to fumble around with the Amazon Return Kiosk I would, 80% of the time I have tried to use the kiosk it does not work and the employee has to re do the entire return at the register..... SO STOP directing people to that when there is ZERO people in the store. Also, the people need to stop narrating everything they are doing, just scan the QR code and get the task done. So much time is wasted with talking that the line backs up.. Let's also bring up the issue of employees opening sealed amazon packages because they claim "No box, no label" so they open the box... WHY? What makes it worse is I had a guy remove the item... put it in another package then had the audacity to tell to take the box home and throw it away... Spoke to amazon about this, they said if you return it with the QR code and it is sealed there is no reason for them to open it. The "NO box No label" is not a hard and fast policy PER AMAZON... The Herndon and Fowler UPS store has WAY better service, Faster and more efficient transactions and they don't have employee bumbleF-ing around making a trans action last far longer than it has too. read more

Then come to find out she made a mistake of not including my overnight return label in my package but instead sending an empty envelope three blocks away. Went to use their notary services today and waited in line just like everyone else. It was relatively busy, so we were standing in line for twenty minutes - just like everyone else - and when it's our turn, we were instructed to wait until everyone in line behind us cleared out (maybe a dozen people at that point). We waited twenty minutes in line to be told to wait until literally every customer in line with a package was helped... and the line was only getting longer. We waited for about five more minutes before realizing we were never going to be helped. The line kept growing as we awkwardly stood there fuming while customer after customer that came in after us was helped. Business 101 is to help customers in the order they've been waiting in line. Horrible customer service. If you are going to offer public notary services, don't treat those that wait in line as "less than" other customers... read more

I wish I could say something nice about this store. Normally I use office max for printing. I happened to be on this side of town and in a hurry so I stopped in. I waited in line while the employee overcharged a woman by $50 to ship a $30 bowl. I asked to use photo paper. The man grabbed a box of office max photo paper which I thought was comical. He walked away and left me standing there for about 5 minutes. Finally I asked if he was working on my prints because I was headed to lunch. He dismissed me as if I was stupid. Finally got the one photo printed and it was on flimsy paper. I asked if they had thicker paper. He replied in a manner to make me feel dumb "well you asked for photo paper". I explained that I get photos printed all the time and I knew what photo paper was. I then asked how much my one color photo was going to cost. It was .69¢ plus a $2.99 service fee!!!! Holy cow I'm supposed to pay $2.99 to stand around for 10 minutes. Holy cow. Never going back. What a shame. I will continue to do all of my shipping through PayPal at a much better price. read more

Ordered a white comforter and received a brown one from Amazon so I went to return it.. originally came in a vacuum bag but of course I opened it..so carried it into the store all puffed up and unfolded in a tiny box. Told Alfonso I didn't wanna pay a dime since it wasn't my mistake. So he rose to the challenge and we started folding up this huge comforter in the middle of the store. A customer watched in disbelief as we folded it tighter and smashed it in the box. He then got on top of the box pushing all of the air out. Then here comes JP snatches up the packing tape and runs over to seal it shut. I'm sorry to the seller that opens the box, but that's some customer service at the ups store in Clovis. read more
