This morning was one of those moments that I almost lost my mind. I looked at my phone, and my…read moreinternet completely shut down. This is the kind of day that will make a man go crazy when you're disconnected from the outside world. The gentleman that helped me with my Verizon acct screwed up my entire acct. Deliberately lied about what my phone payments would be, what I would be loosing from my current service, etc. He was very unpleasant to other customers in store while I was present. I went in for a 2nd time to try and fix the issue (as advised by Verizon rep) he was so unhelpful and again, rude to other people in the store.
