This morning was one of those moments that I almost lost my mind. I looked at my phone, and my internet completely shut down. Knowing that was an issue, I quickly switched to see if my Wi-Fi was working, and still no internet access on my phone. This is the kind of day that will make a man go crazy when you're disconnected from the outside world. Long story short, I went into Verizon and received the absolute best customer service I've had in a long time. The gentleman's name was Ruggeri and he knew exactly what to do to diagnose my phone to make sure that he could get it working again perfectly. Lo and behold, after a few tries and a SIM reset, my phone was working perfectly. I have never written a review in my life, but my experience at this store has been so terrible. This is not a corporate Verizon store. The gentleman that helped me with my Verizon acct screwed up my entire acct. Deliberately lied about what my phone payments would be, what I would be loosing from my current service, etc. He was very unpleasant to other customers in store while I was present. I went in for a 2nd time to try and fix the issue (as advised by Verizon rep) he was so unhelpful and again, rude to other people in the store. It's been over 2 months and I'm still trying to fix the issues he created with my phone accts. I do not recommend this business. read more

I had an incredibly negative experience with Victra Verizon that I feel compelled to share. My encounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, we purchased a phone through the Verizon website, selecting a specific model and color. However, when we arrived at the store to collect our phone, there was only one person working. To make matters worse, this employee was preoccupied with upselling a variety of other needless services and accessories to another customer, causing a delay of over 30 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Eventually, we were able to obtain the phone we had ordered, or so we thought. Upon leaving the store, we noticed that the box had been tampered with. The seal on the box explicitly stated that it should not be accepted if broken, yet it had been opened and crudely resealed with tape. When we returned to the store to address this issue, the representative (and self proclaimed manager), Ruggero Berti, outright refused to accept the box, claiming it absolutely okay for them to open the box and in this case did so to show the customer the color of the phone that was previously interested in it. I objected, stating that their actions were completely unacceptable and against Verizon corporate policy (confirmed), but the employee became confrontational and verbally assaulted us while we were on the support line with Verizon to which heard everything unfolding. He insinuated that we were ignorant and clueless, insisting that he had been engaging in such practices for seven years without anyone complaining. He even attacked the Verizon support person we had contacted and told the guy to take time to go back and ready their own policies. This incident led me to believe that Verizon is turning a blind eye to the shady activities of its resellers, especially Victra resellers. It is incredibly disheartening to think that a company as reputable as Verizon would allow its partners to engage in deceitful practices and deceive the public while also being extremely rude and using intimidation tactics. Verizon support directed us to an authorized store to return the phone and have the correct one shipped to us. I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with this particular store, which deceitfully presents itself as an official Verizon establishment, to stay far away. There are no signs indicating that it is a Victra reseller, and they purposefully mislead customers into believing they are a genuine Verizon store. This level of misrepresentation is simply unacceptable and calls into question the integrity of both Victra and Verizon should require some form of easily identifiable notification that they are in fact a reseller and the name of their parent company.. Save yourself the headache and choose a different provider. UPDATE: After visiting a real Verizon store we discovered that in fact Victra is violating Verizon policy and added with the seal broken they automatically caused a $50.00 restocking fee. Verizon was gracious enough to waive that and marked phone as DOA due to Victra's unethical (and dare I say) illegal handling of the phone sold as brand new. read more

I have been very disappointed in Verizon as of lately. My husband was due for an upgrade on his phone and since his phone had literally quit after two years he went into a Verizon store to get a new phone, he was charged the regular High tax on the phone which we expected. When I got our bill there was a $40 upgrade fee. We were unaware of this fee and when I chatted online with an agent they assured me that I would be credited back the $40. So 3 days later I checked our bill the $40 is still there so I started a new chat asking why I wasn't credited the $40 back they said they weren't able to do that and that instead they would give me 10% off one phone line charge which amounts to about $2 a month for 12 months. That's only about half of what I was offered.I was appalled to find out Verizon will not stand by their written chats so I even explain to them that I was going to do a review so here it is buyer beware. read more

I did not buy my phone from this location but I had a warranty phone sent to my home from Square Trade and could not get my pictures and contacts to transfer from my old phone. Jennifer, an employee of this Verizon was absolutely wonderful, treated me like a paying customer and worked with me for at least a 1/2 hour transferring everything for me. I ended up buying a screen protector from her (actually there were 3 in a pack)even though she said i could bring one from home and she would put it on for free! I installed my last screen protector and had bubbles everywhere, but Jennifer put the new protector on flawlessly! I was never pushed to buy anything, customer service is second to none here. Yesterday I visited out local Verizon dealer to consider changing my family plan, due to my girls leaving home and going independent. I have been really pleased with the service Verizon offers, but the cost was getting out of sight. I was pleasantly received by Raven, sales associate, and her two co-workers. They were very relational, took the time to hear my concerns, and advised me as they would like to be advised. In the end, I was able to reduce my monthly payments by about $100, and will easily reduce our plan further when our two girls are off our plan, further saving us $40/month. I had no wait time, though know at times when I visit I have had to wait, but only because each customer is being listened to, and served as I appreciate. It is not due to laziness, a lack of service, or care. Thx for all the support and guidance. I will be back!! read more

Worst service ever! If I could give zero stars I would. I stood in the store for about ten minutes with not even an acknowledgement that I was there waiting. There was only one person in the store being helped by one employee, no other help to be found. And that one employee couldn't even bother to welcome us, ask us to wait...nothing! I also found out this isn't a Verizon store, but a reseller, and the signage outside doesn't mention that - it looks like an actual Verizon store. They should have something that states they're a reseller. read more

5+ star for amazing customer service! I went in yesterday evening to get some help on my phone because I'm a new customer and I got the phone and everything and was trying to get my old number from another carrier transferred over but it wasn't working and i was completely disconnected to any service. Long story short the 1st Verizon I went to was no help at all and they have literally no customer service and was very rude. So I decided to go to this Verizon and the front person Phnix Santana was amazing! Even though he had customers in front of him he still acknowledged me and let me know he'll be right with me. The situation I was in was a different and difficult one and thank him for not giving up and was trying every possible way he can think of. I've been buying my iPhones, accessories & protection plans at this store for 5 years. When I bought my last phone I bought the "unlimited" screen replacement plan for $79.99. What a waste!!! I finally needed a replacement screen after 18 months, but when I went into store they said they were all sold out (iPhone 7x) for my phone...more coming in the next week. I was going to go to another VERIZON but the protection plan is only good at their store. The next 2 times I went in over a month ...same story. The 4th time I went in I was mad, so I got a screen. That was 6 months ago and today I went in for my 2nd replacement and they told me it's only good for 2 years (the time it took to pay off my phone). So no screen replacement...unless I want to-pay another $79.99. Are they crazy? $80 for 1 replacement? How many replacements do other people get? Went to return a $40 pair of cables to GO WIRELESS. Had to wait 10 minutes for a sales associate to be available. Then, I was told he had to get all refunds approved by his manager (Ronnie Childers) before he can complete the return. I thought that was odd as I was returning an unopened item that was purchased less than a week prior and I had a receipt. So I waited while he waited for the manager to issue a return code. I asked him where the manager was and he told me he works at the Bakersfield store. YIKES! After 5 minutes of waiting for the return code he tried calling Mr. Childers and got his voicemail. Finally the return code came through on the reps phone. What a hassle. Never again will I spend money with GO WIRELESS Verizon. read more

Went into this store this past week and wanted to purchase a Gizmo watch for my son and set up a plan. Credit score was good however when they called the corporate office, I was told I could not get the watch/plan. They needed proof of residence. I gave them my ID, mortgage statement, and car insurance and was STILL denied!!! So ridiculous, I have never experienced this before... anywhere!!!! Disappointing and frustrating when you have 2 jobs, own a home, etc and I can't even purchase a Gizmo watch for my son for safety purposes! Don't use Verizon! read more
