This particular location BLOW'S.Beware if you speak English.I went to this location to do a simple transfer of my number to a new phone the main person to handle it spoke no English at all.The second person had to translate but both didn't know what they were doing.Gave them all the information needed to perform the task but hat to constantly repeat myself.Not going to go into the other visits to this place but trust me when I say it suck's big time! read more

I've been with TMobile for about 9 years and currently have the Samsung Behold. Yes, I don't upgrade often. The cost of their plans are really good compared to others. However, I realized that I never had 3G signal when I traveled to major cities Boston, LA, San Francisco, and especially airports. It was so frustrating especially during layovers, etc. So, I cancelled my internet option and am down to barebones plan. Definitely going to cancel and move to either AT&T or Verizon. I'd rather pay more for reliable network and enjoy the convenience of a smartphone with Internet. TMobile seem to have the old phones too. Not sure if their android phones are any good. read more

Only 3 reviews? Ok, I hope that this will lead to some business for this store. They obviously have a totally different crew working here because everyone was FANTASTIC. I got the wife an unlocked I-Phone 6 Plus for her birthday to replace the 4s that I got for her on her birthday 4 years ago. The problem? The sim card is different for the 2 phones. Need help... Shawn -Asst Mgr helped us the moment we walked in. You know how you hate walking past those phone kiosks in the mall because they attack you with SALES SALES SALES? Not so in this store. Everyone coming in was treated the same, whether it was a silly question, refilling of a phone card, or in our case.....transferring data ....a LOT of data (1000+ pictures). To sum it up. Shawn (and David) got her stuff transferred onto a new sim card, made sure the contacts were moved over from the I-Cloud.......we were on our way without feeling pressured into a SALE. Good work guys! *The Verizon Wireless store directly across didn't have ANYONE go there while we were at this T Mobile location. Be careful of all the lies about costs. We were given a monthly cost of $129. Bill came to $162.50. We specifically asked if the service charges were included in the monthly plan fee and told yes. Apparently not. We were quoted $24.95 for the new phone. On the bill...it's $31.95. Charged $8.12/ mo for the phone traded in, which was never mentioned. It was all too much to figure at the store, so took their word on the $129/mo payment. Oh, yea....they couldn't produce a bill at the time of purchase so we could see....had to into the system. Another thing; we bought 2 screen protectors, then changed our mind when we saw the huge cost $44.99 each (on the bill). We couldn't get the refund then. We were told to bring back tomorrow for the refund when it would be in their system. Went back the next day. Were given a refund for ONE and told the refund for the other would be on the bill....WHAT??? This was after they lied about us already receiving credit for one when we paid earlier. The staff working at this store are all amazing. I had to suffer through 2 recalls with the Note 7, replacements phones , transferring data, etc. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable and very professional. The stress of having 4 phones in the span of 1 month was alleviated by this crew. Kudos to you all! read more

This review is for the t mobile kois stand down stairs! Terrible terrible terrible!! I wish i could give 0 stars!! Long story short i was told my bill would be 224 a month but when i got my bill it was 323!! Thats fucking crazy and when i went back to the stand all i was told was there sorry the guy was new???!! Horrible They didn't want to help me ... My phone arrived with a jammed Sim Card and they wouldn't give me a new one... I called Tmobil and they sent me to this store ... They didn't care. My phone has warranty.... and they did nothing to help me... I called Tmobil back and told them that these people did nothing for me they gave me a 20 dollar credit on my bill and sent me a new phone... I went in on Saturday to get a new phone . I was working with a rep named Chantel. She tried to sell me an Apple Watch , I declined. She went in the back talked to the manager, came back & said that she would throw in a free tablet if I got the watch & that the watch would only be $16 a month . She also said you can also get a screen protector , wireless charger , phone case for an additional $3/month. I agreed . On Tuesday I called T-Mobile to separate my phone line from my mothers account . After the rep on the phone made me my own account I inquired about the amount of my bill . The rep on the phone said everything would be $158/month .Chantel the rep from the store told me my plan would be $102/month . The rep on the phone broke down the bill and what Chantel failed to mention was that on top of the additional $16.67/month to lease the watch it would be $10/month charge to add a line to the watch can have cellular service . Also the $3/month for the accessories would actually be almost $6/month . Now that I'm trying to return the watch they are insisting I pay a restocking fee but I don't think that's appropriate because I was quoted the wrong price . I literally had to leave the store & call T-Mobile where a rep agreed to put a credit of $20 on my bill but I would still be required to pay the restocking fee . I tried to return the Watch but they said I had to sign some EIP form that can only be done online before I can return . Never got those forms until I called T-Mobile when I left the store . Signed the forms & now I'm told that I have 48 hours before the forms can even be processed. Now When I signed the forms the store is saying I waived my right to return the device , not the manager told me to sign the forms . DONT GO TO THIS STORE ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS ! I wish I could give them no stars read more

The staff charged me T-mobile SIM starter kit. He claimed that was connection fee. Actually I can order T-mobile starter kit for free online. When I tried to return T-mobile SIM starter kit to the store the manager told me that they never charge T-mobile sim starter kit. The store manager is liar. Avoid this store. read more
