I waited in line over 90 minutes only to find out (upon finally being waited on) that I must call an 800 # to discuss billing! The "gentleman" at the counter spent much of my time trying to wear me down to buy a new phone, This caused warranted anger with Spectrum for how they treat customers. As a result, I did not hesitate to close my account with Spectrum and move on to another provider.
