New Zoo Review.. Music was playing so load in the store, hard to have a conversation. I guess there is no drug testing required for management. Trying to talk to customer service on the phone and the manager was singing to load to hear the rep. They mixed up the temporary numbers that where attached to the new phones.We transferred 4 phones over. Every line had an issue with the transfer. My wife transferred two on one day. She was told she could leave the store with the phone during the transfer. Her transfer failed. They did the same thing to me. I went to another store and they were able to help. I spent 3.5 hours that day in Verizon stores. This is unacceptable. I am a business owner. read more

I've been to a ton of these locations, as T-Mobile is the carrier that I've spent the most time with over my adult life. Many of them are pretty small and sometimes employees aren't the most attentive... This is absolutely not the case when it comes to T-Mobile in Glen Burnie, I had a simple return and some issues with my account that needed to be ironed out and the staff took care of me right away. What would take me 15-20 minutes at another location only took about 5 here. I also wanted to throw a quick mention that this was one of the largest and most clean/open T-Mobile locations I've seen. January 28, 2021 between 725pm-810pm . Never again! Service suckedc except from the Black man that worked there. After standing For ten min was Told had too wait outside until we were called. Never called had to walk back in just didn't appreciate the attitude of the short dude who came busting from the office like a superhero . We went to this store to switch carriers for a better monthly bill. We came to an agreement at 200 a month after putting down 300 cash to keep our bill at 200. The first month of billing was 18 higher than agreed. Got busy and forgot to call and address this. This month our bill was now at 225. I call to find out whats going on. T mobile rep said the insurance went up. I told them that was not the agreement we came too. They replied with the store employee wasn't aware of this thats why I was not informed. So because of a improperly trained employee, I am stuck paying the increase. I asked for their manager. And they told me she was busy. And there not changing my bill back to agreed contract. Not to mention. Our service is terrible. Indrop calls and have to resend text messages multiple times. So if you don't want a higher bill than discussed and shifty service. Do NOT go with T mobile. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I bought a Samsung Protector keyboard about 10 days ago and I took it out of it's package to use and the A button fell off. I'm very busy and this keyboard was meant for my business presentations. I finally got the chance to stop by and ask if their tech support could fix the keyboard button (btw I already watched 10 tutorials on how to fix it and nothing worked). The first employee Sean was great. The Manager SELEN LOPEZ who sold me the keyboard originally had no problem selling me the keyboard as nice as can be but when I had a problem she gave me nothing but problems and 0 solutions. Kept saying the keyboard wasn't defective. What?! the keyboard's A button is broken. It's defective. I paid 130$ for a broken keyboard and all i'm asking is you repair or exchange it. She said you have to understand the company can't accept a broken keyboard otherwise they'd have to eat that cost. OHHHH so i'm supposed to eat the cost. You sell me a 130$ lemon and I'm supposed to be sympathetic to the billion dollar company?!? literally lip service with a smile. T-MOBILE we have 5 lines with you. Either fix the issue and send SELEN LOPEZ to some Empathy training or we're taking our 5 lines somewhere else. Who smiles at a customer when they're frustrated. It was like she loved it. look at my other comments I never leave bad feedback but this store takes the cake. I took my 87 year old father to the glen Burnie location to add him to my account. Mel assisted us and she was so friendly and helpful (and patient) it was by far the best experience I have had a cell store! read more

Had an issue with my cell phone. The gentleman told me that my phone was dirty and that I needed to take it home and clean it. My cell phone was not charging properly. My brother ended up cleaning the cell phone charger plug in area and now my phone works. T Mobile's customer service representative was rude. He could have been a little bit nicer. read more

Jen Peters has given me the BEST customer service I've ever had. She was extremely professional, kind, and took her time to help me with my phone issue. Not many people I've come across in the customer service industry have been this helpful. Many lack knowledge, understanding, and do not respect their customers. The customer service at this location is horrendous. When trying to switch plans from AT&T to T Mobile we spent almost 5 hours in the store, and let me point out how there was probably only 3 other customers in the store. After about 3 hours of the employee trying to activate our phones over and over again without success I asked to speak with a manager. The assistant manger took his sweet time before coming over to assist us and even then left before the problem was resolved. It took another 30 minutes of the poor employee struggling with no assistance from her mangers, at that point I watched as the store manager got his coat and left without even attempting to assist. He was aware of the problem but clearly he felt his time was more important than ours since he decided to leave without helping. Finally a young woman named Yasmine came over to help. She was able to resolve the problem within 5 minutes. She was the only positive thing about the whole experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone if you value your time. read more
