They mixed up the temporary numbers that where attached to the new phones.We transferred 4 phones over. Every line had an issue with the transfer. My wife transferred two on one day. She was told she could leave the store with the phone during the transfer. Her transfer failed. They did the same thing to me. I went to another store and they were able to help. I spent 3.5 hours that day in Verizon stores. This is unacceptable. I am a business owner.

What would take me 15-20 minutes at another location only took about 5 here. I also wanted to throw a quick mention that this was one of the largest and most clean/open T-Mobile locations I've seen. Many tend to be a bit more claustrophobic.
