If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude management. Bad attitudes, lazy, tried to upsell me instead of help me get my warranty info and phone that was defective NOT damaged, replaced. Refused to help me, tried to make me use my insurance over the warranty (I've had the phone less than a year) and talk about me as if I wasn't 10 feet away. I will be switching carriers as soon as my phone is paid off. I won't be going back there for ANY reason EVER. I would recommend you avoid it to. ​ read more

The customer service is horrendous. I have been told by the manager that I had to call 611 customer service to resolve issues he created by subscribing me to two internet services and sending me an extra charge and router. He never listened to what the issuse was and always tells me to call 611 which I did twice just for them to do his work for him. Lazy and rude attitude and when I had the customer service team on the line he refused to listen to them. So I said he has poor customer service and he refused to take back the extra equipment and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave "his store" which he's just an employee at and I had every right to be there as a paying customer of 10 years. He screwed up my fathers account too and we both had to fix the problems he caused at other locations which other employees were able to do in less than two minute. He is either completely incompetent or just lazy and extremely rude to customers and staff always talking down to them. I filed a complaint with the Company. read more

Background info: Once was with sprint, then the company changed to t-mobile. I was excited. The company boasts of wonderful packages which were not afforded to me as a former sprint user. That's business and I took mine to another carrier. I still had an iPad with service through t-mobile and I was paying over $100 per month for an iPad. As I stood in a room with at least 5 waiting customers, there was only one person working. Only one as we waited for over an hour! When it was my turn, there was NO acknowledgement of the wait, the lack of staff, the inconvenience, NONE. In a matter of fact tone, I was directed to call to cancel my service. As I wait on a two hour hold, I can definitely say that t-mobile and this location need to do better! read more

This T-Mobile has really annoyed me. For starters, the staff seems more interested in their personal conversations than satisfying their customers, and sadly this behavior has trickled down from the top. I talked my GF into leaving Sprint and switching to T-Mobile(prior to them, oh, I dunno, merging into one company lol) because of T-Mobile's impeccable customer service and customer friendly prices. We walked into this store and attempted to switch her line over, only for the young lady at the desk to attempt to switch her line over before Sprint released her number, even though her manager gave her strict instructions to wait. This locked my GF's phone, and we were told it would remain that way for 48 hours. Now, typically, if a mistake of this magnitude was made, I'd be apologetic. I mean, it's not the end of the world, but most of us live through our cell phones and it would've been nice to feel like they cared. Upset because my GF was so bothered, I pulled the rep to the side, instead of addressing her in front of customers, ruining potential business and explained that I didn't think it was fair to have us leave out of the store without being accommodated for their screw up, so she tells me that she will attempt to get a replacement phone until my GF's phone is back on, explaining that they don't usually do this. I said thank you. So they give us the replacement with conditions, that the phone needed to be brought back to the store within 14 days, but it could only be brought back when the manager was present bc we'd need his password in order to return the phone. Pretty simple, right? Wrong. We called this store so many times. We were told that the manager was there, then when we would arrive, be told that he left, or that he called out, or that he was on vacation. When I explained that we needed to return the phone, it just seemed like no one cared. When we finally got in touch with the manager he tells us we have to bring the phone back today or tomorrow to "see what I can do." Excuse me? This phone was given to me bc of a mistake by YOUR staff. The reason that the phone was not returned in time is because of YOUR schedule. And now we're being punished? We ended up having to keep the phone but he gave us a credit or something he tried to explain. Problem is, I still have a monthly charge for a phone that I didn't want, or need. read more

I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism in this store. 5 people in my family were switching. I called in advance to ask if this was a Corporate store. They said yes. I didn't find out until a week later that it was not. While in the store the Manager on duty promised to give us a credit. It was never applied. We called this store no less than 5 times and requested a call back. No calls were ever returned. My husband finally spoke with the manager and he promised up and down that the account would be credited. As new customers we were not told or sent links about Netflix or voicemail. We were blatantly lied to in regards to the screen protectors. We were told if they broke and the phone screen broke, then the company would repair the phone at no charge. A week later we found out that was a lie. While in the store we requested that an authorized user be added to the account. It was not. I had no choice but to take my mother and daughter to a store much farther away. If you value honesty and professionalism stay away from this store. read more
