Called customer support and was told the only way to convert to postpaid was in store. So this time we called ahead to the Veterans store. They said it's possible. When we first got here, the place was very busy and we had to wait a while. That's not too big of a problem. They were nice about walk ins. When our turn came, we explained our situation and at first the person said they couldn't do it or didn't know how. At that point we literally were tempted to leave our carrier AT&T for good cuz of the discrepancy between what we were told in store versus customer support. But someone went back and asked and Ms. Carla Stamps came out and said she could help us. All of the issues were handled by her with no problem. She was generous and helpful and we are very thankful for the help. Someone should give her a raise because AT&T almost lost a customer if not for Carla.

I've visited many Louis Vuitton stores, including several in Europe, and this one is by far the most restrictive. They only allow around four guests (plus companions) inside at a time, which leads to unnecessary wait times. What's frustrating is that even when the store doesn't appear busy, they still make customers wait outside. It feels like an attempt to create artificial demand or urgency to get in. Once inside, the experience is underwhelming. The selection is very limited, and it took me less than a minute to see everything on display after waiting over 30 minutes to enter. I still love Louis Vuitton as a brand, but this location needs to rethink how it treats its customers. If there's going to be a wait, they should at least offer basic accommodations like outdoor seating or even something as simple as complimentary water. Save your time and visit another location.

They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware.

The lady at the checkout DID NOT ask me about If I wanted to have insurance on my game. She put it on there anyway. I know for a fact that the store manager named RAMONE trained their associates to not tell the customer about what all that is going to be in the final total of the purchase. They have been doing this for too long to people. I will NOT be going to this location anymore. Stop adding things to peoples totals WITHOUT ASKING THEM!!!! This location is a joke!

I couldn't believe it, but yes, it happened. I went across the river came back at 2:15, waited in line since 2:30.. While in line cooking in the sun, watched at least 8 employees walk around the store, watching us wait in the line in the hot sun. There was a line because of these new lil dumpling squished that are trending and only Five Below supposedly have the authenic squishes..A sign on the door all day said, Dumpling Squishes, 3 per customer per person. The doors open at 3 and we walk in I asked the first employee I saw where the Dumplings were and he said, I know yall wasnt waiting on those because we dont have any. Everyone that was in the line faced dropped We were hoping they were telling us a joke.. Some ppl dedicated their entire day to grabbing at least 1 of those toys. Fighting in traffic, leaving work and so on.. Why would they have a sign up if they were out? And why didn't out of 8 employees did not 1 come to the door while we were sweating in the heat and waiting to tell us they didn't have the dumplings. 1 of the employees said with an attitude and frown, in their defense they didn't know what we were standing in line for.
