I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. Had an awesome experience overall! Also I respected how/when they also professionally handled an impatient customer who interrupted the clients/employees and wanted to skip the line. It's respectful to the people who were waiting and who were currently being taken care of. Mike is awesome and has the best customer service for really understanding the customer's frustration and confusion when something goes wrong on their end of the system and T-Life isn't working. I was sincerely confused as my previous service with Jazmine did not have these road block. I appreciate that he went out of his way to not make things complicated and call support despite the roadblocks that did not happen when I had my earlier switch over with a different phone when working with Jazmine.
