I want to thank Jazmine for being awesome when it came to switching back to T-Mobile. It was not complicated at all due to her assistance. I appreciate how Alex also stepped in when there was a slight technical difficulty with using the T-Life App, but they were able to get things set up through their own system. Had an awesome experience overall! Also I respected how/when they also professionally handled an impatient customer who interrupted the clients/employees and wanted to skip the line. It's respectful to the people who were waiting and who were currently being taken care of. Mike is awesome and has the best customer service for really understanding the customer's frustration and confusion when something goes wrong on their end of the system and T-Life isn't working. I was sincerely confused as my previous service with Jazmine did not have these road block. I appreciate that he went out of his way to not make things complicated and call support despite the roadblocks that did not happen when I had my earlier switch over with a different phone when working with Jazmine. Took my internet equipment back to the store. I had a router and a hot spot(a phone line for each). The employee helps me in a few minutes and gives me 2 recipes. And hands me a written note with customer 800 number and my phone lines and account number along with my pin. Then explains that I need to call customer service to have them discontinue my service. Why he did not do this step still mystifies me. But I trust the employee and head out of the store to complete the process. After the 10 minutes of customer service call they explain that I need to go back to the store and call in from there to complete the closer of my account. This is what pisses me off. Why have a system like that where customer service is disconnected from the retail stores? Your phone number is specific to you so why not have everything connected to it. So I had to waist an additional hour going back to the store. And then to add insult to injury I get to pay for an additional month of service on internet equipment which I don't even have. It's good to see that being a loyal customer for 10+ years means nothing. I will never have anything to do with you ever again. read more

I came in with my sister who was looking to upgrade her phone. It was getting close to closing and she had previously had to get a phone on a second line. So I had to go get the phone from the car. The problem was she already had two lines one for my mom and one for her. One was an android and the second an I-phone but she had to transfer the line from the iPhone to the android so she could have a working phone until she could get her new iPhone. I know I was confused as well. But the good thing is that the guy that was helping us was super cool. He went far above and beyond even to the point of closing the shop and staying a little longer to make sure she was able to get it all done. So for a clean shop with extra friendly help I would say that this place definitely deserves a five star. I strongly recommend not buying anything from t-mobile. while the staff in the store seem nice, they will sell you plans and services that are either lies or bait and switch. One example is that when we signed up for a plan, they included a free phone upgrade. However after the first bill we were being charged. it too about 12 calls and four months to resolve, at which point we ended up getting credits at the end of our contract because they are too garbage to refund. Another example we returned out 5G gateway be as the service was terrible, Even though they confirmed receipt they are unable to find the devices in their facilities. Another dozen calls, $250 added to our bill , and nobody competent or concerned enough to resolve the issue. If you love mediocre service, being over charged, and consistently lied to, this is the place to go. Otherwise I strongly recommend you visit a Verizon or ATT store before getting locked into a contact with these abusers. read more

T mobile generally has the best service of any provider I've had. Ever since they bought sprint and rolled out 5G, I've notched my service is great. Ive been around people who've had Verizon and AT&T and the service is always there while the other 2 go in and out of service often compared to T Mobile. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any business. I went in to get my screen protector replaced and noticed that there were two people waiting and three employees focused on up-selling three customers. I waited near the tables that they were working at for fifteen minutes (no exaggeration) without one of them welcoming me, checking me in, or even making eye contact. Pathetic. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. I had another location order a phone to this location because it's closer to my home. They did not want to help me because they made it seem as if we put a fake camera on this phone. This phone is pretty much new so there's no way we could've done anything to it. The woman was adamant that they couldn't and wouldn't accept it even if we spoke to the manager. They made us go to the original store. I went to T-Mobile yesterday with my dad because I wanted to upgrade to a newer phone. David helped us out, and he was amazing! He was nice, very knowledgeable about everything, and was very patient with us. We ended up upgrading to a better plan as well, which wasn't what we were planning on doing. I went to T-Mobile store in Town Center Long Beach ti upgrade one of my phones. This was On November 10/22. I must say the people working here were not friendly or helpful. I was not greeted with a smile but what are you looking for today. I went to explain about upgrading phone and asked about options. The blue haired lady; only way to describe as never did introduce herself. She pulled up my account and then I am not sure what happened but she got very loud and almost aggressive stating I was not qualified for any upgrades as I recently had cancelled a line. Sorry but she had no clue what she was talking about. Her actions and behaviour were to say the least very unprofessional. My boyfriend and I left I have been a T-Mobile user for 19 years and never have I experienced this kind of customer service. We left and FYI blue haired lady, I did qualify for upgrade and you should possibly learn your job and some professionalism about customer service cause you Really sucked. Have been to T-Mobile on Cherry street And in Cerritos mall and the workers are fantastic as received outstanding customer service. I called this store ahead of time to see if they had the galaxy z fold 4 in stock. The staff member named Shelby stated on the phone that they did have that phone in stock at their store in a graygreen color option. Shelby said there was no need to make reservations and to ask for her when we got there. My wife and I went down there right away and we asked for Shelby, like she asked us to, she was with another customer so we waited for about 30 mins. There were about 4 other staff members who weren't helping any customers so we asked one of them if they could possibly get us started while Shelby was with another customer. One member kindly helped and Shelby immediately began looking at us. She came in a few minutes later to finish up the process and said she'd get the phone in the back. She went to the back stock room and came back out with not the phone but a Galaxy watch. Shelby said the phone was actually locked up in a safe, which would take 10 minutes to open up, but while we waited she wanted to tell us about a deal they had for the galaxy watch that would be free, if we added an extra line. Jokingly we asked if it would be free without adding anything because we really just wanted the phone and my wife already has a watch. The conversation awkwardly went silent for about 5 minutes while she continued to look up things on her tablet and then proceeded to show us how "cheap" it would be monthly. Once again we kindly declined as we did not want this. Her coworker finally came out and said that the phone that was in stock was probably the demo phone. We ended up having to order the phone and having it shipped to our house which would take a couple days but we were very disappointed specifically because it felt as if this was a waste of time and we did not want to be upsold on anything else. All other stores that we called prior to this one was up front, told us that they could order it and was respectful about our time. If this was to happen to someone else driving from far away, I could see where this could probably become a bigger issue. Since we were fairly close, there was no need to make this a big deal. We were just writing this review because we're disappointed, felt like we were being pushed products that we just did not want, and I think this could've all been avoided if there was more initiative that was taken, initially, when we called and asked if this item was in stock. read more
