So went in to change from ATT, as we were not very happy with the service we were receiving and a great deal was being offered where we could upgrade our phones and pay less each month. Awesome deal right? So I will say that the guys here are super friendly and really helpful. If only the rest of our experience was that good. I had done some research and it looked like we would be getting good service, a better price and better customer service. As yet two of these things are not true, and we haven't got our first bill yet, so that remains to be seen. It started off with ups going into the store to make the change. Now part of the reason we decided to do this was a friend of ours did it and liked what she got. She did it in about 30 minutes in Costco, and I know this because I was there. So we figure, OK this shouldn't take too long... TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER we leave the store after delay after delay, our phones ordered and SIMS for our other two phones that we have for family members. But hey, all we need to do is swap out sim cards for the other devices and our personal phones will be there in two days and it's an easy swap right? Don't we wish. We get home, swap out the card in device #1. It doesn't work. Call the store, Oh you need to call customer service. Call customer service, spend an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES on hold. Oh sure, you can have them call you back. If your lines are set up and you have access to the app. Which of course we don't. And we get told after all that, you need to call ATT and get your phones unlocked... Didn't your guys at the store just tell us you take care of that? Oh yea, they did. It's now late, ATT customer service is closed, so now I'm getting up early to call them in the morning when they open. They answer pretty fast actually, after only a couple minutes on hold. And then I have to be transferred no less than 5 times. This leads to yet another 1.5 hours of my life I will not get back. But hey! Phones are unlocked, switch is made, smooth sailing right? Wrong. the New phones, promised in two days? They were ordered on Wednesday. On Friday afternoon, they were supposed to arrive, we get notice that they just then shipped out. So the arrive Tuesday. A week later. So another promise broken OK, the "easy" set up? Nope. Wound up going back to the store yet again. And another hour and 45 minutes ensues while they can't figure out how to transfer our lines to the new phones. And then I get home and I have no voice mail on either phone. So now another call to customer service with another wasted hour... and let's talk about "call back". If you are going to let me set up a time for you to call me back, then I should not have to wait another 30 minutes after my phone rings. Back to the saga. SO now we have had our spiffy new phones for a couple weeks. And I'm here to tell ya folks, the service SUCKS. We have dropped calls, only one bar of signal and I didn't even get a voice mail until the next day. So much for that map they pulled up with my address showing how they had fantastic coverage at my house. All in All, I feel lied to, cheated and had my time wasted. And no, I don't feel bad about leaving a bad review this time. PS, My wife left a good review after we had been in the store for about 20 min. She will be updating her's soon too. read more

I had been pressured into buying an Apple Watch when I needed to get a new phone while visiting Texas. After a couple of weeks I knew I didn't like it and used the chat option with T-Mobile customer service. I was told I had a 30 day buyers remorse and could return it with a full refund to any store. When I went to the nearest store to me the day before my 30 days were up, I was told that the 30 days was only if you ordered the watch and if you bought it in store it was a 14 day return period. They would not take it back so I chatted with someone else that told me they would take care of me and help me get the watch returned. They then said they would call me personally on Monday to take care of it. He never called. I chatted with a couple of other people and spoke to a "supervisor" on the phone that again said he would call me back the next day. It never happened. I finally called a couple of days later and that person told me I could not get my money back but I could take it to any store and they would be able to help me return it. I happened to be in Highland visiting my sister and saw this store was close so I brought my issuers to them. Zak J was awesome! He read all the notes, was trying to help me in every way he could. They were not going to let me out of my contract with the watch because it was over 30 days. But he and his manager was able to override the system and let me return it! Zak even gave me a $10 credit because they weren't able to cancel the line and I would hav Roy pay for it for one more month. So thank you Zak for going above and beyond. I wasn't planning on changing from VZW but figured I'd go in to T-Mobile and see what they have to offer. Edson helped me. Awesome guy! Great customer service! He explained the process of switching over and made it as seamless as possible. I'm saving a ton of money every month even with a new phone and couldn't be happier :) Also, T-Mobile's cell service is better than VZW around AF and Lehi. Make the switch! This store has the BEST customer service than any other TMOBILE STORE in the state of Utah or California. Their Regional Manager, Todd, impresses his staff to be creative, customer friendly, solution oriented and to think outside of the box. Skyler is amazing! He's exactly what Todd expects from his team. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the cuatomer. I've seen Skyler buy pizza and offer local restaurant discounts for customers. The whole Highland team is amazing. They welcome you with smiles and big hellos, and are eager to fulfill your cell phone needs. read more
