Evidently if your phone says T-Mobile for service it's really not... it's Sprint, but no they can't assist you with the phone issue you are having and send you to another store.. Metro-PS.. So confusing that the staff doesn't know how to work on phone to fix a space issue. With that said, they were polite, but then when I asked for the address --they couldn't even provide an address or location for the Metro-PS store- I needed to take my friend too, I actually had to use my phone to look it up. read more

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I've never had to wait over an hour in store when no one was in front of me, to simply get something done that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. My tempered glass screen just needed to be replaced, I have insurance on it. Just needed to get the replacement. Customer service is BRUTAL. 10/10 would recommend going to any other t-mobile store in the country except for this one. Lord have mercy. read more

Old Samsung finally blanked out on me ,and had trouble getting the new one I had for a year now started up with old info I had from the broken phone. Stores like these almost always have one employee you get stuck with that knows more about word play than getting to the problem. Luckily a coworker overheard the so called conversation I was stuck in and quickly bailed out his associate who was getting stares from other store associates I saw over his shoulder. To the professional person who fixed my problem in less than 8 minutes thank you sir! I hope that other fella is getting some customer service training soon. read more

Initial contact was great then went steadily downhill and has not stopped. I would stay away from T-Mobile at all costs. The salespeople are incompetent liars!!! Very friendly liars! I was told my bill would be less than Verizon and service as good... lies all lies! My bill was almost double...my service sucks and repeated promises to call me back and make it right have been nothing but more lies.
