Now they are claiming that there will be another $200 late fee on top of that one. They are crooks and I reported them to BBB already. Do not ever use them!!

So they said they would watch the tape and let me know which they didn't ever do. So now I don't know if someone is trying to break into my bin. I also was forced to buy one of their locks, because I didn't want to leave the bin unsecured. I was told they only work through the place once or twice a month do to the lack of employees. So how long was my bin with out a lock? To top it all off they want to raise my monthly payment by 13.00. Also every time I call no one answers the phone or returns calls.

I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly.
