The representative helping us constantly had to ask other employees for help, but they didn't know the answers either. Instead of focusing on helping customers, they were talking about personal matters and even interrupted us while we were trying to explain our issue. It was very unprofessional. To make things worse, they asked us to do tasks ourselves instead of helping, just so they wouldn't have to spend more time with us. We specifically asked for the regular $120 internet plan, but somehow our bill ended up being $345. When we went back to ask why, we found out that random services and charges had been added to our account without our knowledge or permission. No one could explain how it happened. On top of the poor customer service, our internet doesn't work reliably, and the hotspot barely works either. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. The lack of knowledge, professionalism, and communication was unacceptable.
