I hired Trojan Tech 2U for a phone repair and they scammed me. Trojan Cellular and Trojan Tech 2U are affiliated with one another, both of which are dishonest and should be avoided. I received messages from the same phone number claiming at times to be two different people. First it was "Brooke" in "Front Office Scheduling," then it was Jason, the guy who actually showed up to do the repair. I paid for a screen and battery replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro, which I thought was done correctly until I realized my Face ID stopped working. I let him know of the issue so he came back and "reseated" my existing Face ID assembly the next day but it stopped working again within an hour. I also reported my battery health and functionality didn't improve after he supposedly replaced it so I believe he lied to me about replacing my battery. I have no way of confirming this myself and he denied lying about it. I was told I would have to pay $100 for a new Face ID assembly and the labor for it to be installed but I refused and claimed he caused the issue when he had my phone open and worked on it (obviously) so the repair should be covered by his 90 day warranty. After several weeks of back and forth, he finally claimed he would fix this issue under warranty and free of charge but when I attempted to schedule this service, he ghosted me. I tried following up multiple times and was ignored. I ended up spending about $300 for a decent screen replacement, but my battery health remains the same and now my Face ID doesn't work. I should've continued using my phone with the cracked screen and saved my money. Don't make the same mistake I did by allowing this dishonest man to work on your device. He will take advantage of you, especially if you aren't very knowledgeable in tech. I have record of all my interactions and will be pursuing a case in small claims court.

We received our new phones but we were not mailed enough return packages or return labels. Customer service online tells me I can take the phones to any T-Mobile store and they would do the return for us. So we stopped in this store I took everything they sent me and the guy behind the counter tells me he can't do that. I say well customer service told me you can and I went to show him the text and he explains to me that not all T-Mobile locations can access Sprint customers information and that customer service online will not always give you the same information that the stores will. He does however get a larger box another plastic and packs the phones carefully and applies the mailing label. He didn't have to do that he could have sent me on my way and I would have had to figure this out myself. So with his helpfulness all I needed to do was drop the package off at the UPS Store. So I'm giving this particular Sprint location the four-star rating based on this one young man's customer service.

If you bring your phone in for repair they want to keep your phone for a week but if you pay out of pocket $100 they will fix it right then and there. When asked why the difference in timing, it was stated that since they are not paid for warranty work it will sit until they feel like fixing it. If you pay their personal fee, they will take care of it now. This is not how business is conducted. Samsung has been notified and provided the TikTok that was created documenting the ordeal.
