You have 4 people working and 2 of ur employees helping another employee work with one customer cause no one knows what they are doing. Waited quite some time to be waited on. We have 3 phones through u and it's time for us to make changes to our phones. Looks like maybe we need to go back to Verizon. Last two days haven't been able to connect my iPhone to internet. Never had issues with Verizon!! Just absolutely ridiculous!! Train ur employees so they can actually help ur customers instead of ur other staff! If they aren't ready DO NOT PUT THEM ON THE FLOOR!!!! read more

We were Sprint customers for years when T-Mobile and Sprint merged. I upgraded the four phones on…read moremy account online and required customer service assistance to do so. We received our new phones but we were not mailed enough return packages or return labels. Customer service online tells me I can take the phones to any T-Mobile store and they would do the return for us. So we stopped in this store I took everything they sent me and the guy behind the counter tells me he can't do that. I say well customer service told me you can and I went to show him the text and he explains to me that not all T-Mobile locations can access Sprint customers information and that customer service online will not always give you the same information that the stores will. He does however get a larger box another plastic and packs the phones carefully and applies the mailing label. He didn't have to do that he could have sent me on my way and I would have had to figure this out myself. So with his helpfulness all I needed to do was drop the package off at the UPS Store. So I'm giving this particular Sprint location the four-star rating based on this one young man's customer service.

I was told I would have a quote within a few days, I followed up with them several times and they never responded. At that time I had several projects going on and with that project now delayed gave up on them and found someone else for the job. Recently I began working on a new much larger project with the PA and found them online, it had been a while and I wasn't sure if they were the same company That ghosted me before. I contacted them and asked if they would be interested in the work. They seemed to be and came out within a day or so to walk the site. At that time I recognized the guy who came out but I still wasn't 100% if they were the same guys and focusing on the task at hand didn't say anything. I showed them what I was wanting to do and they agreed they would be interested in doing the job and promised a quote within a few days. A few unanswered emails and several weeks later here we are. I confirmed in my archived emails that was the same company who has twice ghosted me now. I deal with many contractors, hence my trouble remembering them, and I find that very unprofessional and a total waste of my time. If you are no longer interested in doing the job at least have the courtesy to email me and let me know so I can move on to someone else instead of pointlessly waiting for someone to contact me back. I definitely won't contact them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Their monthly price is lower than the cable company since I don't need fast internet for just myself I thought I would give it a try. Don't know if it's worth driving up and back same day just to fill out paperwork.

Our sump pump in the basement decided to continuously run this morning and as it had pumped out all…read morethe water, the pump overheated causing a bad odor. I called Mikes (it's a Sunday). I was able to keep the pump operational until they showed up. They immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. Then he used a zip strip to prevent any reoccurrence. He ran the pump numerous times to evaluate the strength of the pump (because of it getting hot) and told me that the pump was fine. Fast service. Honest evaluation. Showing up on a Sunday. Mikes gets a big recommend from me!

Called them out to do a hydro jet down my main sewer line, guy…read moreran the machine for maybe 20 minutes and told me I was good to go. 4 days later my sewage line backed up into my bath tub! Mikes sewer had a 6 month guarantee on any back ups after the hydro jet, but failed to answer any of the multiple phone calls and voice mails I left with them! they ghosted me and charged me 600$, ended up having roto rooter come out and pull out over 10lbs of roots out of my drain line and took 3 and a half hours to complete the job properly! Mikes sewer and drain is a joke! Reccommend using any one else other than them!

He proceeded to show them to me. I bought the all-wheel drive model. Then I saw the Stihl trimmers and he showed them to me. I decided on the FS-56-RC. I was really impressed with how Mr. Wagoner took the time to explain to me exactly how to start and both the mower and trimmer. I have had had the mower and trimmer for 3 months and both of them start very easy and are the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Wagoner Power Equipment.

Super disappointed in the lack of understanding and compassion demonstrated by this organization…read morethat claims to promote social responsibility. Typically the YMCA is known to be a helping organization in the community. I did not get this experience. When I called in, the call center girl was nit friendly, did not demonstrate empathy or understanding for what I was explaining. I had started the conversation by asking for the director or a supervisor and the call rep refused. I called back and left a message for the executive director. I then got a call back from someone who was taking the messages for the executive director. The Y at The Heights was unwilling to help me, adding even more stress to my already overwhelming situation. I work full-time, I am a single parent to 3 children and a full-time caregiver to a parent with Alzheimers. Shame of you Y at the Heights. You are not a friend to the community or those who need understanding and compassion. I give this organization, that truly only cares about $$$, zero stars.
