I dropped my phone off to be repaired at 6pm, They requested my password. I returned at 7 to pick my phone up and in my recent tabs my Gallery had been opened AND my files app with a file actively downloading that included a picture of me when I was 17, the time of the download being after I dropped my phone off. The manager told me they did not take passwords, even after they wrote my password on the back of my phone. They took of my brand-new iPhone screen, replacing it with an alternative that didn't even go to my phone model. Which was NOT needed due to the back of my phone being damaged, not the screen.
