Okay so where do I even start. From the beginning I guess right , so I went to this store to do a annual trade in, I have a Go plus plan which is 90$and allow you free trade in especially right now with all these promotions going on. so the shorty guy on the left his name is William he's the retailer I worked with originally, and the taller guy name is Danny. Now Danny is the manager and Danny is useless, When I tell you this guy have no management ability at all they're hiring anybody at this point. If you looking to be a manger just come to this location I'm certain they will hire you especially if danny got the position. So today I was bringing back my iPhone because I finished transferring all my passwords and info onto my new galaxy s25. Now another retailer who was taking care of me , sweet girl by the way she was very nice to me. However as she was checking the phone and took it out the phonecase she notice a crack at the edge of the phone. She stated she can't accept this and who helped me with because they wasn't suppose to that. So I'm gagging now because I can see where this is going, so I say ms I don't remember his name but the gentle that helped me saw the phone and the crack still gave me the phone, he was even going to accept the phone that day I decided to take it home to write down my password and they give you 14 days to do so, so I was like bet so I took it home. She says oh yea this wrong, and long but hold William walks by us and I say oh there he go , that's who helped me. She ok let me go get the manager and she come back with Danny. Now Danny come to me and say yea sorry where unable to take the phone. I'm like kool no problem I'll keep my iPhone 15 plus transfer it back and I'll go. He like ok so u wanna return it, I'm like return what? This is my phone how is that consider a return what are you talking about Danny? I'm like it's ok I'm not tryna go back and court I'll keep my iPhone. That a good phone as well no problem. But the way he was wording his word was making me feeel so uncomfortable, so he call William over. And that when I took this picture. So he ask William did the phone have the crack ? He says the case was on it so it looked fine the screen looked fine. Manger says did you take it out the case. Now William say yes he did and the crack wasn't there. Now if you look at William in the picture he look very sad and guilty because he knew he was lying and wrong he made a mistake where human everyone makes mistakes. But to lie on my expense cause Danny over you scolding you. Now my issue with Danny is when you had to ask him did he take the phone out the case you knew he was lying . And that why you aren't qualified for your job. You stood in front of me and quote manual training script that translated from Spanish to English that you learned on your onboarding. You need to learn your job Danny. But I thank you cause after I left the t-mobile store I went to metro pcs right next door with my iPhone 15 plus and left t-mobile. Now my bill is 30$ monthly unlimited data. So you did me a favor Danny you save me 60$ for leaving t-mobile. Thank you so much. $90 phone plan and to be treated with low class I work to hard I'll go where my money appreciate and the people nice and honest. This store need serious training but this was just my experience so I decided to share go here or don't it up to you. They're just workers maybe next year there be new ones. read more

i swear the issues i been having with sprint/t mobile suck!!!! not only am i paying almost $350 for 3 lines but every time i speak to a rep they never know whats going on! why the hell write note on the system if they are always asking and or saying they dont know why the other prep said what they said. i cant stand this company!!!!!!!! they can never help me lower my bill if anything they give me reasonse to why its that much and cant help without messing up something i already have! read more

In Sandy D. review Date 8/26/21 and gave OMAR a five star review must have been a relative. That guy OMAR was awful I have dealt with two other employees of that store and gave me excellent service. I asked him to please put my Lyft app in for me and said he couldn't do it. I had to go down a couple of doors down to METRO T-Mobile and was helped putting my apps in by a real representative. I had to get a new cell phone number because lazy OMAR didn't want to help with anything. I was so pissed I went back to the store and told OMAR that I was calling corporate. I have been with t mobile for 20 yrs.,when my husband passed away, I notified them that the phone was lost in the hospital. They told me not to worry and they will remove his account and will only be responsible for my phone in which they will bill me $70/mo.But everytime my bill comes it will be diff amt., $129, 103, $89.99, so everytime, I would call and explain and they will then adjust the bill , but because, I'm so stress with the sudden death of my husband,my daughter, transferred me to her ATT plan and added me as family plan.In order to get out of T Mobile, I have to pay my phone bill and the remaining balance on my phone, which we did, after a few months, I got a statement from T mobile that I owe$833.53, when I called they explained that I have to pay for a signal booster that was given to me in 2014,in which I don't recall having, the balance of my husband's phone and the last bill of $89.99 which Amex did not pay, again bec, it was not the right amt. This has to be the most unprofessional location I've ever visited! Sorry, Sprint has now merged with such an obviously incompetent business. Initially went to get account information, and I communicated was short on time from the beginning. After waiting about 5 mins I was instructed Joshua would be helping me-prior to me he was helping another customer. After he located the account he mentioned an update needed to happen, however again I mentioned I was short on time and how long would that take, a few mins he said. As I was waiting, his previous customer returned to ask a question, which turned into many more! There was no consideration by her and no less by Joshua! The correct response should've been Please allow to finish with this customer first and I'll gladly assist you. After about 5 or so interruptions clearly she couldn't comprehend what the f@&k she was doing! I promptly asked for my phone back, there was little understanding and empathy that I was too waiting! I'm a very long time T-Mobile customer, this is the second time I've been to this location to set up a new phone. My experience ~ 18 months ago was positive, as was today's. This location is run by an affiliate; maybe that makes a difference? Have to give at least 1 star, i wish i could give no stars at all. Went to purchase an IPhone 5c. The Associate who was attending us, she was very rude. She was fretting and fuming like we were imposing on her and making her work. She was rude throughout. We had done my credit check etc earlier by someone else and this Associate was saying i don't like to take over from someone and she was treating us like we shouldn't be there and her time was too precious to be spent on us. Even though I was quite patient and was nice and courteous to her. Then She got the IPhone 5c and was about to sign me up and then she told that i have to take the $ 50 plan which includes Talk + Text+ Data (500 MB) unlimited and also a $ 10 Data Plan which seemed fishy to me. I tried talking to her but she was adamant that I have to talk the $ 10 plan extra and she kept on telling me straight on my face that you are asking the same questions and the answer is going to be the same. I told her that the reason that i am switching to T Mobil was that $ 50 per month plan. Then she told me which i was taken aback that T Mobile does not make any money on selling the IPhone so i had to buy the extra $ 10 plan for the data so it could make money. This is by far the worse T-Mobile store. Not because of the phones or service but because the employees that work in that particular store. They have NO knowledge of what they're doing, they profile black people and take care of their kind the correct way and give them great customer service. They never give good customer service, they don't explain or give you the full service the way that the T-Mobile brand has been doing for decades. Even though they're not the same reps from over the phone they should still conduct themselves and the T-Mobile brand in the same way. I'm going to report that particular store, maybe even bring the news there to show and explain how they treat certain ethnicity's over their own kind. Everyone should be created equally and that' not happening. The staff have nasty attitudes, they rush certain customers just to help every kind but black customers. Even the T-Mobile rep (over the phone) told me NOT to go back to that store (NOT SURPRISED). SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THAT STORES CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. #TERRIBLE read more
