No longer work with them for our cellular service but when we did, we were pleased with them!

You can NEVER get anything done with one call or one trip. I'm convinced that the employees have had little or no training. The T-mobile service is absolutely terrible. I've had them all, T-M is the worst. Also the cheapest. Does ANYONE in America actually know how to do anything? So besides the fact that my calls drop all the time and nobody can ever understand anything I'm saying, we came in to switch my kids phone yesterday to our plan. Our plan didn't allow three lines so he was on a prepaid. We switched him over to our plan because they offered a new plan with three lines. He hasn't been able to use this phone since the switch - came in today and they say that it will be 24 hours till he can use his phone. I fully expect to be coming back here again tomorrow read more

I felt it, I knew.... it's cell hell, all of it. But these kids, took first place in aloofness, unskilled, and simply lazy counter leaning people! They screwed my account up, new service mind you, so badly they charged me for two phones, I bought one, and have zero service where I live or the surrounding towns, despite being told they did. They refuse to take back equipment I have had less than 18 hours, and I had to go to a corporate level to get acknowledgement that is their job to do. Be careful, they have over two grand of my money tied up in products I can't use.... I will update if they are able to resolve this. As I have already lost ten hours and three trips to their store..... Sigh..... read more

Even though the store was completely empty, these guys couldn't be bothered to even begin looking up how to assist with a technical issue. They gave me a handful of excuses and told me they would have to wait on hold with customer support as long as I would have to, so I should just call in myself. I did just that and got my issue resolved by someone quickly who's doing their job instead of these jokers that are just sitting around with a thumb up their butt. read more

Horrible. Liars. $110 a month I was told, going to beat my ATT. 3 months later $220, $220, $275... Pathetic. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, So sorry I left ATT, after 7 years... Don't be fooled by this company. Absolutely the worst ph company ever... 6 months free Netflix, never happened. $850 debit card never sent.... You will be raped by these liars.
