I came here for a T-Mobile Tuesday freebie. Although the guy who helped me wasn't rude, I could tell he wasn't really enthused by another person coming for a giveaway. I also just came from the beach, so I was dressed down. He got it for me and I asked about the new iPhones. At the time, they weren't in store, but you could order them. He just told me they weren't in yet, not interested in selling I guess. Right after, I went to Costco to shop and saw that they now have a T-Mobile kiosk. I talked with the girl there and ended up ordering 2 iPhone 16 Pro Maxes. I don't know why you blew me off, but if you would have gotten a commission, you blew it. It worked out for me though, because I got a way better deal with Costco incentives. read more

Your staff are like verbal masseurs - friendly, soft spoken, understanding, patient, and connected. Unfortunately it appears to be in the interest of both Verizon and T-mobile to spend hours on the phone with customers and somehow pleasantly not provide adequate assistance or resolve the problem. The companies must be making money on the float . It's akin to kiting checks but they shamelessly consume your life's time and it's reprehensible. They have you over a barrel because it's difficult to live in the modern world without a phone . SHAME. read more

How do I even begin on how amazing the Mobile Expert was? I'll start with, it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life and I'm not exaggerating. The service was impeccable, he was VERY knowledgeable, and so helpful. His name is Joel and I would give him 6 stars out of 5. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. They are so professional and easy to talk to. I am so happy I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. The Verizon Store in Kahului was a nightmare. They were extremely rude and I was so scarred by that visit, they lost a 20 year customer. I plan on sticking with T-Mobile far beyond 20 years and I will ALWAYS recommend T-Mobile to all my friends and family. Thank you!Amazing. read more

This is a new store but only have 2 staff. Service here sucks. There was one rep helping me but then he took phone call n make me wait 15 minutes. The staff at Kihei is always on it and quick to fix my issues, they are the best if you don't have tmobile I recommend getting it!

The staff at this store is amazing! I transferred 4 lines and Brayden took me step by step through the whole process. I'm an old fart, so had a bizillion questions that he answered with incredible patience. When our signal was not as strong as we wished, he set us up with a booster. Updating to new phones and service can be less than smooth, and he helped us over all the bumps. Great service, great attitudes. read more

Great T Mobile store! Super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Seriously Christina and Brayden were so nice to us and funny and helpful! We also worked with Timmy "Artemio" who was nice. My husband's phone was dead on our Hawaii vacation and I was so stressed and they were so nice to us! We had his phone shipped in a day or two to the store and we got the phone back on track!
