So I said screw it I can't go seven days without my phone as I do a lot of business on it. So I went to yelp and found this place! Maui cell repair doesn't charge you diagnostic fees like other places. I walked right in a guy named Yosef greeted me told him my problem. He diagnosed it really quick as the battery wasn't charging properly hooked it up to his diagnostic tool. Gave me a fair price told me he can get it fixed within the hour. Came back my phone like new and my normal daily life restored! Thank god for these guys life savers and they don't charge ridiculously prices to fix. My battery health was at 56% and my wife's battery health was at about 67%. My phone battery would be lucky to last about 2 hours or so if I streamed anything. Yosef helped us out and changed both our batteries in about 30 minutes. My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the employee who assisted us was rude and dismissive. It felt as though she was having a bad day and taking it out on her customers. Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. To top it off, she was extremely impatient; while I was trying to read the documents I was required to sign, she actually clicked away before I could finish. To make matters worse, we still haven't even received a receipt for the purchase. Buying a new phone is a big commitment, and I expected much more professional and transparent service.
