Demario and Fernando were phenomenal today. I stopped at the Frandor store because my phone would only play my calls through my car. After multiple times with different online suggestions they could finally figure out the problem. They were dedicated to fixing the problem and very pleasant during the process. read more

If you have questions after you've paid them hundred of dollars for a defective phone that doesn't even have your texts appear, try calling corporate first as opposed to going here. Staff was reasonable but just didn't have the ability to help . read more

I went in to perform the mandatory card swap from Sprint to T Mobile. The rep who helped me was rude from the jump. I asked if anyone had complained about loss of service because I had a coworker who isn't happy with their service. He asked "who are they?" I didn't know what he meant and said so, so he rolled his eyes. He then told me my iPhone 11 Pro was "too old for their network" and if I had problems, it would be because I had an old phone. I explained that I felt like my phone would be fine and either way, I think it would be a poor move to invalidate something a person paid so much for two years ago. He said "Ain't nobody told you to pay that much." When he said this, his voice was raised. He then asked somebody to "babysit" me while he "takes a piss." That babysitter sat on their own phone not paying attention to anything. When the first guy came back he asked me if my phone worked. I said "ask the babysitter." The babysitter said "oh, I thought you were done." I'm done. With this store. What a joke. read more

Went in because of problem with phone not being able to make/receive calls in dorm even though signal shows (but works other places). Female *sales*person in store said "What phone" - we told her (LG G4) and without ever looking or touching the phone, simply declares, "Well that's an old phone. Old phones just get old and don't work anymore, because they change the network". Basically, tried to tell me the phone is just so old (we bought it new less than 2 year ago) that it WOULD NOT work, because TMobile (get this...) changes the frequencies they use on the towers....Clearly, this was just an absolute BS move because she wants to sell a new phone. "Funny," I tell her, "our other older phones work just fine...even my 4 year old phone..." She's has a smug blank stare on her face. "It's old, it won't work" she repeats. She's either just a blatant liar, or completely incompetent. Went to other TMobile store and asked same question. He said may be issues with signal getting into the building (even though we see signal), since phone works outside building. Check settings in the phone, said everything looks great and recommended a signal booster for the dorm room. Incompetent and/or LYING woman in TMobile store on Frandor needs to be fired. Don't go there if you need any kind of assistance other than someone trying to sell you a new phone. Can't be trusted. read more

My husband and I left Verizon for T-Mobile. This particular location has WONDERFUL customer service. Always helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. I appreciate their efforts, and that they have treated me like a valued customer. read more

Best T-Mobile store I have ever gone too. I have gone to this T-Mobile for the past 5 years of undergrad and never had an issue with them. The employees are very helpful and are always willing to walk through and explain anything to you. I have tried other T-Mobiles within the greater Lansing area, but this T-Mobile outshines them. The facility is always kept clean, very festive for the time of year, and has good music. Additionally, another great thing about this T-Mobile is that it is in a outdoor shopping mall, so that if you're ever in need of entertainment or run errands everything is pretty much within reach. The only con I can see of this location is that it is often pretty busy (for all the pros mentioned above), but the employees do their best to service all customers evenly. So if you're looking for fast service, perhaps planning to go during a downtime would be the best option. However, the service is worth the wait. read more

I used to have Sprint, for many years, and I won't lie - Sprint had great plans and cool phones. Their customer serivce sucked though. So I got T-Mobile. I have few complaints about T-Mobile - their coverage area is pretty good, I love the SIM card concept, and I don't even need to use their customer service. I have interacted with the T-Mobile people in the T-Mobile store, and it was pleasant. I can't say that we have had any issues. The two pluses with T-Mobile (besides the cheaper bill) are that they have network enabled call forwarding which helps me save a lot of daytime minutes and the easy feature to check your minutes/balance. I just forward calls to my work or house phone. The phones that they give out with a new account are very stylish, well made, and best of all, functional. My only complaints are that you have to pay extra for T-Mobile to Mobile, the starter phone has bad reception in my house, and many of the add on features don't come in packages, so the price is more expensive since you are buying features separately a la carte. read more

This is absoultley the worst carrier out there. Not only do the sales representatives lie, but the service is horrible. If you live near Knapp and the Beltline, don't expect any service. Funny how they ask your address and know full well there is no service in that area yet sell you $2000 in phones anyway. By the way, you cannot take those phone to all carriers no matter what they tell you. Even if they are unlocked. So we just got taken for $2000 and our service didn't work. Stay away at all cost. read more
