I highly recommend, not using the Tmobile store on the corner of Rosary road and Missouri ave in Largo Florida. With the exception of a few employees, the associates give you wrong or misleading information. They are either improperly trained, lack basic knowledge, unable to answer the simplest questions, have the information confused, or willfully mislead the customer, for the company's gain. This store has a suspiciously high turnover rate. The employees come and go like a revolving door. More often then not, do not trust the smile behind the counter. Whatever information they give you, confirm it will other sources. This can be done primarily, by calling customer service at 611 and "googling" some of your questions and concerns. The management is almost non existent at this store. You have been warned. I recommend the location at Ulmerton and Seminole Blvd. This store appears to be operating more functually. read more

Yesterday I was at the T-Mobile store. Yasmany was a great help moving data from my old cell phone to my new cell phone. He was patient and answered all my questions. I had a lot of data to move over and everything came over! They were busy in the store and Yasmany and his co-workers helped everyone! I will go back there! read more

Welp... where do I start? I can honestly say that I feel bad for the owners that they can't get any good employees because our experience was ridiculous. We walked in and initially had questions about an IPhone16. I can speak some Spanish, but not very well. The lady behind the counter completely walked away from us and went to the back and didn't even say anything besides, she didn't know.? It was really strange because two people walked in after us and were taken care of by the other two people that worked there, and they told us that the other person was in the bathroom, not the female, but another male and by the time he came out, we were already frustrated and decided to leave. Very poor customer service. I called to transfer my service to another company. Went on the website to pay my remaining balance and acct was closed immediately. This is understandable but they also immediately stopped my service so I could not call the new company and give them the transfer number. They waited until my bill was past due to send me my last bill in the mail. Called and had horrible customer service. Treating someone who was with your company for 14 years is unbelievable! Came in for help was quick to tell me call this number and that's all , didn't answer any of my questions, guess he was to busy with the empty store to deal with , with 2 hours left before closing went to a different store like a mile or 2 away answered all my questions told me what I had to do even told me what app I need to make appointment with and made everything easy and I was out the door after 5-10mins unlike these guys must be nice getting payed to do nothing and stand around until close read more

I went here to look at a smartwatch for heart monitoring. The manager waited on me, answered my question. She was very nice and helpful. I bought the Galaxy 5. She set the watch up for me. Went over every detail to make sure I understood how the watch worked. She was great ! I highly recommend this location over the Largo Ulmerton Rd location, where I went first and left because they didn't seem to want to help me. read more

Last time I was in they were playing annoying music the whole time with explicit lyrics. There are kids that go in your store so I don't think you should have music lyrics that are always saying motherf$!#ing in them. That's just very offensive to me. store seems hit or miss depending on the people working in the store at the time. I've had great service and I've had the worst. read more

This has been my T-Mobile store for 5 years. I've never had a complaint about the customer service, but I've never been moved to write a review until now. I visited this location on 10/3/2017 to get help with any cellphone owners worst nightmare: I had somehow locked myself out of my phone for over two days. Upon my arrival, I asked for the senior CSR and was promptly greeted by Jeremiah, obviously quite new and the manager of this location. After explaining my dilemma to him, he was hesitant as to how to fix the problem, and suggested I take my phone to a computer repair shop in Largo Mall. It was evident Jeremiah didn't want the responsibility of attempting to fix my phone, but after ascertaining the shop wouldn't do anything differently than he would, I decided to stay and let Jeremiah take a crack at cracking my phone. Once settled into his task, Jeremiah grew in confidence and within 15 minutes had my phone unlocked and useable. Did I lose data, yes. But I wasn't permanently locked out of my phone and most data had been backed up. During the entire time I was there, Jeremiah seemed to have my best interest in mind. He was personable, empathetic, and genuine in his desire to help. I commend T-Mobile for hiring this young man and hope he is around for any future visits I may pay to this location. read more
