The rudist people in this store labor day weekend and they have no service all day only ones. My husband game back and said they could do vmnothin. I called the idiots back and asked them seeing all photos of people I took are now green. He hu. I called back I heard him breathing. He would hang up but I heard them breathing. Everyone of them should be fired. This is far from first time we have had issues with them hanging up is this the new customer service? When I asked about cr he said call 611. Well gee, thats hard to do w no service Missouri Ave no better. I worked for Verizon for 6 yrs apparently things have gone down hill. Because if I were being monitored, I don't care how mad the customer was, if I hu, within 10 min I would be walked out the door to top it off they don't know what they are doing,! Maybe they need to hire some Chinese techs. They are also more polite, not spoiled entitled 22 yr old brats. read more

It was a big clean store and the kids were nice. There was a lot of waiting sound f but that isn't their fault it is the phones transferring data. Efficient with nice phones. The poor young lady was in pain from a long day and she'd was still recovering from surgery. ‍ read more

Amazing service and honestly best deals. I was a walk-in the day before Thanksgiving, and I got what I needed within 10 minutes of walking in the door! They are an authorized Verizon seller but not "corporate", so they are only here to help - not making money for the company. read more

I came to this location a few months ago. There were a few people there before me so I took a seat and patiently waited my turn. A rep finished up with their customer and immediately went to a customer who just walked in the door. I stood up, said excuse me to the rep to grab his attention to remind him I had been waiting for 10 minutes before the that customer walked in the door. He did not acknowledge me and walked away with the other customer so I walked out. I came in tonight to buy a new phone. Cristos immediately greeted me and got me what I needed. He helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone and helped me pick out a new case and tempered glass screen protector. He made it painless and had me in and out. They are an authorized dealer and seem to have many technical issues. Cristos ran into a few bumps with the computer system while trying to check me out and I overheard another rep calling Verizon to assist with an issue. The couple he was helping had to leave and come back because it was taking so long. Five stars for my experience with Cristos but 4 stars overall due to prior experience. read more
