Full of excuses, they said they couldn't access my AT&T account and kept telling me to call their 611 number which I had done previously. You cannot get a live person with that 611 number. It keeps sending you back to the computer generated "run around." The salesclerks at this store are worthless and it was time wasted going into this AT&T store to try and get any help at all. Cancelling AT&T and going with another phone network.
