Literally everyone at this store seemed to not know what they were doing. One man In particular was very rude to my father and me as well as my sister he had the worst attitude like couldn't even talk to dis man he was so rude.Talked down on my dad after he left right in front of me tried to tell the manager or whoever the other man was he didn't say we could turn in the my phone when he literally did say we could. We ended up still getting a new phone. Charged my sister for the wrong charger when she clearly asked for a c type and gave her the wrong screen protector. And after all that my service sucks everywhere I go literally everywhere. Do not get t mobile especially not from this store. read more

Don't try to look into getting a phone with these guys!!! I tried but they couldn't get it to work on their end because of issues with their system, so we left WITH NO PHONES OR SERVICE. NOW IM GETTING COLLECTION LETTERS. I have never had their service, I've never received phones from them or ANY other devices, I have spent hours trying to rectify this situation. They confirmed that I never had their service and were going to fix this, yet, I received another bill from them today. They won't give me information over the phone because I don't have service with them so they make me go to the store, the people in the store are useless and just call the corporate office which are even more useless. The corporate office said the would take care of this but they haven't. I don't know what else to do. I don't understand how I can owe anything to anyone for a service I've NEVER had service with them. read more

The worse decision I made switching to this company, the girl that did my account didn't do the promotions right now it's been 4 months and I'm still going back and forth with them because they keep over charging my card. not only that I went back 7 times or more to this location to ask what was happening they couldn't give me a reasonable explanation and they " fix " the problem several times but every time I call customer service they keep telling me "the representative did something wrong." she added apple care plan to all my devices even tho I said not to do it, I paid over $300 and when I went to complain she wasn't sure why they did that, I had to call customer service to get rid of it and they couldn't refund the money cause it had protection all month even tho I didn't ask for it. Do not talk to Jennifer, she's the one that made all the mess with my account!!!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I have been fighting with T-Mobile for a promotion I had entered with them in Sept. I spoke with multiple reps including Shaniya, Pam, Sharice, Katelyn who provided post paid cell return labels, Marion web support, Cindy R and Houley all to try and get my acct corrected. Each rep and supervisor has guaranteed my acct will be corrected. I have been paying monthly on a phone that should have been credited. each call was over an hr long and sometimes over 2 hrs. Still as of today my acct has not been fixed and now I'm being told that I have to wait until February to see any corrections made to my bill. If you haven't ever went through a T-Mobile rep via phone call it is a nightmare don't do it!! The reps in store I'm sure are probably more helpful but once you go through a phone rep it is out of the stores hands. read more

Customer service was a bit unprofessional and unable to offer us better options, or alternative solutions to fix the problem. My family and I have been loyal customers to T-Mobile since 2013. Tried getting an issue resolved where we weren't receiving messages or phone calls for some reason. They said it was due to our "older plan." Which doesn't make sense since we are paying for a service and we would need to upgrade to a newer plan in order to receive messages and phone calls? This problem is only occurring to 2/6 phone lines we have. read more

The woman working there on 11/13 around noon was incredibly rude to my older mother and said she did not have the phone we called in to put on hold. She finally relented after we said we just called this morning and ask the other worker who knew exactly where the phone was. She then proceeded to tell and get him to do the activation despite him helping another customer. We had already been waiting 20-30 minutes so we asked her to do it. However they would not let my mother purchase the phone as she has a "Sprint account" and they don't serve sprint customers despite there being no sprint stores because T-mobile BOUGHT sprint. Absolutely infuriating visit. Would not recommend. read more

I came to this store three times and each time the employees did not show any sign of caring for their customers. My guess is that they rather be doing something else. They lie, or maybe they are just not familiar with their own services. This is enough for me, I'm switching to another carrier today. read more

I have chosen T-Mobile for the senior plan with just one line, auto pay even saves me more. The people at the mall were very helpful indeed. I left Verizon after 20 odd years not because of service but because their rates were much higher. Since I'm on a fixed income I'm trying to save as much as I can with services I can choose.
