In fact, I parked right in front of it, and assumed it was a some sort of tax or law firm (no idea why I assumed that) and didn't realize it was a game store until I glimpsed dragonshield sleeves through the window. Fortuitously, I actually needed some sleeves, so I went in to check it out. It's definetly a small store, thus their selection is quite small, but there did have a little bit of everything. And interestingly enough, they have a bunch of hot wheels and die cast cars. Which is unusual for a game store like this, but pretty cool! I had my two toddlers with me, so it was fun to let them pick a .75 hot wheel to buy. They also have a handful of tables to play on and at the time I was there, they were all full. The guy that rang me up was friendly and said that they have been here for two years now and wishes they did more marketing as he said many people say the same thing as me, which is "I had no idea there was a game store here". They were able to take it apart and get it squared away with a fantastic turn around time. My repair was quick, but I was also super happy with the employees taking time to trouble shoot with me and determine that my switch dock was also fried, contributing to the problem with my diagnosis. Either way, I ended up spending a reasonable amount instead of buying a new console. I would highly recommend.

Their new stuff isn't bad, but the prices are INSANELY high. The common price for a newly sealed vinyl is about 30 dollars. What! Piss the bed! On another note I'm going to share a very sad story. Today I had some records I was going to bring in to sell, but I knew I was coming a kinda close to closing time so I called beforehand and asked if they'd have time to go through them tonight and they said yes. I told them I had a 20 minute drive and I'd be there soon and they said that would be okay. Sublime. So I drove there with all my stuff in my car and brought it inside and they're all like "we can't take these today, bring them in next week." Hello? I just drove 20 minutes to get here because you told me it was fine! I asked if I could leave the stuff there and they said there was "nothing they could do." Shameful. Graywhale's customer service has never been great but I expected they'd try to do something to make it right. These people do not care about their customers! Go to Randy's Records instead. They have a better selection and better prices!

We actually found this place unexpectedly right after parking the car in the nearby parking garage and my LTP, who enjoys collecting comic books, wanted to pop in and see what they had here. If you're a comic book nerd, then this is the place for you. They have a lot of awesome stuff in here. All their comic book selections that they have available are in boxes located in the back of the store and are listed in alphabetic order for easy browsing. They also have comic books that are permanently sealed and can't be opened. When I was little, I was a huge, huge fan of the Sonic the Hedgehog comics, and seeing some of those here brought me back to my childhood. Along with comic books, they also have puzzles, trading cards, board games, and a collection of the world's smallest things, like the world's smallest Godzilla and the world's smallest Barbie doll. They had the world's smallest Magic 8 ball as well and I tested one while it was in the package. It was so small that I couldn't read the text after I shook it. We love working on puzzles in our free time and we would've bought one if we weren't working on one back at home right now. This was a cool place to step into. Very spacious and lots to choose from, you could spend hours and hours in here.
