Recently moving to T-Mobile from Verizon my boyfriend and I headed into this t mobile location to install our SIM cards. After some confusion from the customer service person on the telephone Ameer, the T-Mobile rep helping us really saved the day. He knew exactly what to do and what to say, all the while being up beat and encouraging. Then when I didn't think we could get anymore help, his manager Paulina chimed to help also. She was awesome too! Very knowledgeable about trouble shooting and also very sweet. Both a pleasure to work with Moving to T-Mobile, based on that interaction and the fact that my service in my garden apt is SO MUCH BETTER was I think a great idea! If I could give it no stars I would. Employees at this store have no idea about the equipment or technology. This store sold me T internet and LineLink (Tmobile land line $10 vs ATT $40). Problem? They (TInternet and linelink) are not compatible!!! TMobile engineer gets on the phone after 5 hrs with a tech trying to figure out why it's not working and says it NEVER should have been sold to me in first place. TMobile knows there's a glitch and they're working on it. TVision? Employee at this store says 'all you need for TVision are smart televisions'. That's only true for certain brands of smart TV's otherwise it's a $50 dollar (1x) for a converter box for each TV. TInternet worked for about 4 days without a problem, then just stopped. Not spending another minute with tech support. Been a Tmobile customer 5+ years, no complaints on cell service. These employees at the Lemont store have no clue. Wasn't just one employee. If she wasn't sure of her answer, she asked the guy working. I thought they knew what they were talking about but it took a phone call to TMobile and speak to an engineer to find out they know nothing!!!!!! read more

My wife and I were moving to T-Mobile from Verizon. Tyler at T-mobile was great. He helped us thourgh it with verizon customer service. He was very knowledgeable and made it easy. He could not have been nicer. read more

I switched to T-Mobile for a more competitive rate and trade in my phone. Paulina and Ameer could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They made the process quick and easy. I used to own cellular stores and would have loved to have had them as my employees. Great Job guys! read more

I went to this store to upgrade my sister's mobile phone. Ameen was very helpful when selecting a phone and was knowledgeable about the phones. Ameen took the time to answer all of my sister's questions. He took his time to transfer everything from the old phone to the new phone. The store manager Gurdip was also very helpful and extremely passionate about what T-Mobile can do for his customers. He was very, very kind to my young nephew even offering him a little present. Gurdip even saved me money on my bill by comparing T-Mobile's new plan to the plan I was on. Then he went on to say how I can save even more money using the T-Mobile kickback offer. I enjoyed talking with Gurdip mostly because of the excitement he had for helping me with our phones and the money he saved us. I've been a T-Mobile customer for nearly 12 years and good customer service is one of the reasons I have stayed their customer. Mr. Gurdip Prince, Store Manager, was a tremendous help and knowledgeable in purchasing the correct new phone for my wife and adult stepson. He helped us also getting all of the present phone content transferred over to the new phones in moments. His assistant, Al, helped fix some apps on my iPhone while they were setting up my wife's new Samsung phone. I have been a Tmobile customer for over a decade and this store had the best customer service by far. We all highly recommend going to this particular Tmobile store in Lemont, IL.
