I have not been to a cell phone repair shop before but felt comfortable right away. While in there several repeat customers came in to get their phone repaired! He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

BOOST held my phone number hostage! This store at 724 w main street lewisville ,overcharged me for…read morea low end phone in order to get my phone number released. They charged me $180 Plus $15 for a first month SIM card. I was a new boost customer and the instore price was $69 or $49 online for a samsung A03 phone. BUT due to the porting of my number getting screwed up by boost phone support who could not retrieve my number or activate my bring your own phone. I was told to go to the boost store to see if they could help. The guy said he would sell me a new phone and get me my HELD HOSTAGE phone number back. Then he told me I would have to pay FULL PRICE because I had started the transition over to boost using phone support and he did not consider me a new customer even though that service was never activated. He would not accept the 2 SIM cards I bought either. So this $69 new customer phone cost me $200 by this rip off business. Once I got my number back I dropped the boost account and went to a new carrier. These people are Thieves in my opinion. They get you drawn in on the promise of a good deal then they hold your phone number hostage and overcharge you if you want to get it back. BOOST IS BAD NEWS and this store is complicit in running a rip off scheme. Stay away. BTW they are refusing to refund any portion of the overpayment. I have a credit card dispute pending. hopefully the CC company will see that this is bad and illegal business practice.
