Alyssa is the worst manager she is rude she is obnoxious and she doesn't know how to handle customers. She's takes offense to a dad mocking his kids mom about a flip phone. Literally, my husband said oh that's a phone for mommy to my son the samsung flip and she got offended and would let them purchase the ohone after the salesman downloaded all my sons info to it....she's the worst. Who gets offended over a dad saying oh that's a phone for mommy bc I drop my phone n break it so the flip he was saying in a mocking manner about myself....how dare u allow someone like this to work for t mobile. When I called she was very caddy and rude as well bc I wanted to know why she offended and wldnt allow husband to get a phone for my child. Went to upgrade a phone. The staff was unprofessional cussing and making comments like "we would've been done if this was a tmobile phone". I have been a sprint customer for 10 years and never been so disappointed with customer service before. Just seemed like my business was a huge inconvenience would not return. read more

Do not go here. The manager Jay will tell you what you want to hear. He even will provide outdated material to convince you to go with T-Mobile. I've dealt with lies about long distance, international rates, business accounts, credits to account and more. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL T-Mobile store - there's one on 62 Sunrise Highway. You can possibly be saving yourself a lot of time and money. Whatever you do walk out of this store now before you make a foolish decision based on false information. read more

I don't usually write bad reviews. I always give people the benefit of doubt. But, i have to this time because if it saves anyone from being deceived, then it's a good thing. Most of this was my fault because i did not read before i signed the receipt. However, when Ed explained the promotion to me, he failed to tell me ALL the details. It wasn't until i got home and called t-mobile customer service that i found out all the charges attached to this "free" offer. Buyer beware! Read before you sign anything there and ask questions. They resolved my problem after 3 times going back and forth, but not without it costing me to get a resolution. Fail! read more
