We had gone to this location 4 years ago and had a good experience, so when it was time to upgrade our phones, we went back to this location. What a mistake that was. If you go here, and George is the employee to help you, walk out. He is terrible. He rushed us out because he was more concerned with helping a friend that was opening a cafe and that he owned one in Brooklyn, he informed us about this because he was getting calls when he was supposed to be helping us. So he rushed us out the store with 3 phones he never activated, he told us that now you do that at home, which we found out from other employees is not how it's done. He never activated our phone numbers to the new phones, after two trips back there that night and the help of other employees, they did it for us telling us they couldn't believe he did that to us. We were also supposed to be switched to their new plan, which George never did. I had to go back to the store numerous times to get this fixed, took a total of 17 days to have everything corrected from the plan being changed to the price of the phones corrected with the rebates George told us we were getting. At one point George was there and got nasty with me when I told him he messed up our entire upgrade and plan. I was very close to dropping T-Mobile, and will definitely really think about it when it's time to upgrade again, thanks to George. Again, if George is the one that's helping you, walk out of the store or ask for someone else to help you. read more

I went to this location today to pay out my lease and to transfer my account to my husband's. We had gone in 4 days prior to do this but was told that it was a very long process and for us to come back because it was going to take too long. So today we go back to go through the process and was told that they do not have the phone I wanted in stock. LIES. I am pretty confident it was because they didn't want to help me due to it being a very long process to switch accounts. We were told to go to another location. I did, and they helped me in massapequa with no problem. I suggest you go to the Massapequa location if you want a resolution to any issues you are having. read more

Great location, with a friendly staff. The young hard-workers are always friendly and they do their best to serve each customer. I go in Once every month to pay my bill and say hello!! You can't expect people to serve you when you walk in right away, Please be patient and wait your turn, For the ones who are complaining! If you want faster service, than download the app and pay your bills online!! I purchased a new iPhone X and I wanted to know the features on it, but off course there's folks who are huffing and puffing about the time of wait, seriously people?? Come on, we are all people and these kids work until after closing to help solve each persons problem that walk through those doors, Quit being negative people, and write something nice on this platform!! I was in the store today and was very disheartened by the terrible treatment and service I received. I called T-mobile customer service about my son's phone malfunctioning and described in detail what the issue was. I was told to pick up the phone at this location, however when we went to pick up the phone I was told they could not exchange the phone. I have been a customer of t mobile for at least 15 years and always use that store but not anymore. The associate manager Valentin Torres and Josh, clerk was not helpful at all. They refused to call t mobile on my behalf to clear up the issue. I called t mobile after the issue and was referred to 2 other stores that would accept the malfunctioning phone. Reading the reviews I see that I am not the only customer who has been treated like dirt. I won't be going back to that store again. read more

I went to apple and they said my phone couldn't be fixed, so I said okay no biggie I have insurance. I go to tmobile and they say they'll do a warranty because I didn't cause any physical damage. I have had no phone for 4 days now. I go and the phones finally there... then they say I can't have it because there is apparently a crack on my camera, which I didn't even see myself. so now I have to pay for a phone I didn't break and wait even longer. the staff members were very rude. my mom called 10 min Utes before we got there to ask if the phone was shipped, they told her no, she asked to try a different last name and without even putting her on hold to check, the worker Evelyn just said no and sent her away... MEANWHILE THE PHONE WAS IN FACT THERE!!! how is this good customer service? not to mention the vulgar music they had blasting. I did not cause a ny damage to my phone it just wouldn't turn back on... so explain to me why this has been such a long and hard process??? I would very much like a response otherwise I do plan on switching carriers. read more

Stuff don't know what they are doing !!!! They were giving me wrong information about plans , fees, promotions. they promised me to pay off the balance for the old phones but at he end I had to do it myself , also I was without the phones for 4 day because of their mistake. very bad experience wouldn't recommend this store. read more
