If you ask about the store bringing in products he gets ready to fight you and tells you how those things wont sell and nobody wants them. Which is sad because I've talked to the owner and hes super chill. The silverdale location is also super chill. A while back they posted prices online, I had just had surgery and sent a friend with the correct amount if money plus change ($100, it should have been $70). My friend came back with like $5. I went in to the shop, in major pain, to figure out what happened. They fully know that they have advertised prices lower than they sell. The super cool associate working was like yea this has happened a lot and I dont know what to tell you, you can talk to the manager. The manager was like yea its a glitch, sorry. I'm like no, its your mistake and its illegal to bait and switch. They shoukd have eaten the difference as it was their mistake. To find out they have been doing it for a while and are aware it is happening is disgusting. The straw that broke the camels back: I went in and said I wanted a candy flavored cart or disposable. Not only am I in every 2-3 days, so everyone knows I'm crazy sensitive to Sativa and its a no go, but the associate sold me a disposable and didnt listen to me when I said indica or hybrid. I left with a sativa dominant hybrid. I called like an hour later when I was about to open it and relax. I simply wanted to exchange a fully unopened completely sealed in a foil bag thing mfused disposable. They said they will only fix it if the cartilage/disposable is not functional. It really was the hardest draw I've ever had and probably would have qualified for an exchange but I'm never going back. Mfused redid their whole line so the store would probably just argue that its supposed to be like that. This is not how you stay in business. You dont screw off the customers dropping a couple hundred/couple thousand a month at your business.

It's always stellar, the employees are always nice and well-informed. They're also extremely helpful, because I think twice I've asked a question, and they've walked to the product to check that their computer was correct. Next up is the atmosphere, and it's stellar. It's a clean store, sleek and never busy. You walk in and get a chill modern impression. Now, unfortunately this is where I get a bit inexperienced. I've only been to one GNC, this one. I only get energy drinks that aren't available anywhere else I've looked. I don't workout or use anything relating to that. They seem to have everything you need in stock, at a perfectly reasonable price. I'm told they have two sales a year that are so cheap, they've got several customers that stock up on those sales until the next sale. I am also subscribed to emails, and it looks like around once a week a new brand of energy drink is on sale for $1. That's incredible. OH! AND they have their own brand of energy drink. I missed the $1 sale of that, but hope to try it at some point down the line. (Hopefully it goes on sale for $1 again.) Sorry to flood with the personal energy drink information and experience, but it's all I've got. I wanted to review this pleasant location! My mom and dad shop here weekly. After a trip we noticed a 10$ item that we did not purchase…read more Even counted out all items purchased and double checked at home and only had 17 items total. The random 10$ item not puchased but paid, was 18 items total. We went back next day. And was told they did not know what the item was either. Then said they could not give money back because there was no way to prove if we walked off with it. I replied because we are honest people who would not lie and are regular customers. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and have delt with very similar situations. The refusal of none payback on an unknown item for only 10$ should not be a problem for assitant Manager to refund. Expecaily coming from a local honest senior citizens with her daughter who are weekly regulars. I said on the way out we are never coming here again. And it was extremly disrespectful to not apologize or even offer to look further into this. I Recommend everyone to make sure they check their receipts before walking away. Because later they will take zero responsibility of essentially stealling from thier own cutomers.
