If I could leave them zero stars I would. I'm completely disappointed in this store and overall T-Mobile I went in in December to get my son an Apple Watch for his birthday. Everything went great no problem there as I'm already on my way home. I got a call from the T-Mobile employee at the store stating that they have a gift for me because I've been such a loyal customer for years when I return to the store they give me a free line and they gave me a little chip that I can use later on in life whenever my son can have an actual phone told me it's completely free.
