Worst Tmobile I' ever been too it's flooded with customers in this mf . They all in the back and the ones helping customers already have no Urgency or can't even multitask , the girl come out from the back with 4 other employees to check customers in and disappear in the back again . You can't be this slow fr and it's always my people . Like she goes it's just my job to check people in and they all go in the back again. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the availability of color choices for the phone I wanted (S22 Ultra). I ended up going through the entire process and filling out documents (and submitting my ID) in order to be told that the phone was only available in the smaller storage size and black color. However, the store was clean and I was greeted upon entry. The rep that guided me through my process, Allan Williams, was phenomenal. His rapport with customers was professional and laid back and gave great advice. He also pretty much convinced me to go for the S22 Ultra instead of sticking to the phone I came with. I enjoyed the most pleasant experience on 1/24/23 at the T-Mobile location in Matteson, IL. My sales person was Bramarus. He listened as I explained the problems I was experiencing with my current phone, checked it and explained why I was having such horrific experiences with it. He advised me of what I needed to resolve these problems. I advised him of my price range and he showed me options available to me. I left with my new phone, paid in full (with accessories). Seriously, how does this store stay open? If you walk into the store you have to wait to get service and then they're not even sure what they're doing. So, today I tried calling this store. The woman who answered couldn't be bothered to answer my question because she had a line of people in front of her. I would like to say as far as customer service goes this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I've had going into a cell phone store and especially because of the employees there were very polite and courteous Morgan was a pleasant to assist me with my phone upgrade. And as far as management goes I spoke with him myself personally and it was very satisfying to know that the manager Kwasi cared enough to personally help me with the issues that I was having I would have to give the store a five star rating just based upon its employees and management is in itself was exceptional. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went in this store on 11/24/2017 to remove him from my account and purchase phones for my kids. THEY SCREWED UP THE ENTIRE ORDER! I traded in a perfectly working note 5 because my husband got a new account and received buy one get one free note 8. THEY were having bogo on all phones. I got the kids phones on my account. He took my note 8 and they were to pay the balance off which at the time was about $230 plus I received a $86 dollar remaining credit in store. Everything was good at least we thought! I continued to be billed for my note 5 as well as my husband's note 5 and come to find out the phones I got for my kids where not bogo!! I called customer service and at first he said if the received the phone in warehouse then my bill will be corrected and I would be credited the 2 additional payments. Well I received an email reporting they had it but still no adjustments to my bill. I called again and they basicly said i was out of luck with them to contact the store. Go to the store and the last there had me in there for about an hour and said I was out of luck with the bogo I was out of luck with getting my husband's phone off my account. She stated I would get reimbursed for the phone of $230 but she could not do it her manager had too. days later receive call from manager asking me the ENTIRE STORY AGAIN. And basically was trying to skate out of it!! REALLY SO IM JUST GONNA GIVE YOU ALL A PERFECTLY GOOD WORKING PHONE FOR NOTHING!! JE WAS TRYING TO SAY I DIDNT HAVE THE JUMP PLAN WHERE YOU CAN TRADE OUT AFTER YOU PAID HALF. OH YES I did! Anyway after all that my credit somehow now is only $120!!! I felt like arguing no more!! And 2 weeks later STILL NO CREDIT. once this is resolved I will be clidung my account completely!! Is there a way to give a zero??? I'm a new T-Mobile customer it's been about a year and I can say from the beginning from switching from sprint I've had nothing but issues with T-Mobile. I used my jump on demand upgrade at this T-Mobile location where the rep incorrectly switched out my phones and let's just say I've been paying a 250$ for two phones when my bill is suppose to be about 120$ I contacted T-Mobile numerous times and was told to co Tonie to pay the incorrect bill (which makes no sense to me) until it is corrected. Here we are five mo this later bill still is not fixed and they claim they just received the phones from this location but still can't credit me for two billing cycles. I think I'll be switching to another company. read more

Please let me warn you. If you have to visit this T-Mobile location make sure you have plenty of patience. No one in the store will give you the same answer. Usually a long wait. I have had a few unpleasant experiences in this store but this is the last straw. There is an associate by the name of Sarah who is the absolute worst. Her attitude is terrible. I went into another location in a different state. My phone was inspected there. The associate said I was eligible for a warranty swap but the phone would have to go to my home store which is Matteson. I had my father go in who is an authorized user to pick the phone up. The phone was not in yet and the store associate said come back later on in the day she was very helpful. Fast forward a few hours later she is gone and Sarah is there. Two previous associates have inspected the phone at this point. She begins to inspect it again. The screen protector is cracked not the phone. She then tells me after her inspection she will not complete the swap and I have to go through the insurance and pay my deductible $150. She then cancels the warranty and tells me in a nasty way no way she isn't doing it go ahead and call customer service and your still going to have to pay. Very nasty and very rude. I had to call customer service again and wait again a few more days and by the way did not have to pay the $150. Avoid this Sarah at T-Mobile she lacks customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location. read more

ZERO Stars if possible what 4800 West LINCOLN HIGHWAY, MATTESON, IL 60443.....Worthless store. Take my word very unprofessional and ignorant service reps. I bought a phone in May 2018, 2 months later it would not ring, and is of course under warranty. I take it to this store, they look at it and order me a warranty replacement on July 27th July 2018. Three days later, T-Mobile says they sent the replacement phone to the store. I go in the nite team lead looks at my phone and right there sees a 1/32nd inch size scratch, barely noticeable and says he can not accept phone, his store would never get reimbursed by T-mobile? BUT less than 4 days earlier the same store looked at the phone and they ordered the new replacement phone, but now this ass decides to take back that decision? VERY stupid to waste my time for 4 days. Called T-Mobile and they act as if they have no power to even talk to the store? This store is wrong, BEWARE they are running some sort of sham and will not honor any warranty replacement coverage. read more
