Don't go to this store. It's a joke…read more First of all. There are three people "working". Yet one is doing all the work, so customers are waiting and two are sitting around, watching tv and playing on their own phones. Second, I came in here after I received my new phone to get a screen protector because they advertise that they'll put it on for you. So after spending $1200 on a phone, another $50 on a screen protector, and way too much monthly I get home and notice there's air bubbles. They're small, but noticeable. About 4 total and it's annoying. I worked the next two days. So I came in 3 days later, with the box and receipt and asked if they could fix it. They took the phone in the back and messed with it for 20 minutes. Came back. One bubble was gone but now there's 4 more around the edges that haven't gone away like she said they would. The one employee who is working said "we offer this as a convenience and since it's been 'so long' since you got it put on we can't really offer you anything. Usually we don't do anything but I'll text my boss." Another 30 min go by and she sends another "employee" to tell me he hasn't responded so I should just leave. Totally rude. I may not continue with ATT after this contract is up, but I'm most definitely not coming back to this store. They're rude, lazy, and don't care about customer service what so ever. I didn't think it would be the battery since my Mac was always charged and rarely used without the charger. Here I thought I had to purchase a brand new expensive MacBook. So I decided to bring my laptop to folks at UBREAKIFIX. Now days, hardware fixes are pricey and the Mac is not protected by AppleCare so I felt taking it to UBREAKIFIX was going to be the best option. The tech who handled my Mac was able to swap the battery which turned out to be the problem. My wife and I agreed, and after going through the process we were told that the iPads would have to be shipped from another store. No problem. The next day, we were still waiting for our new phones to activate. Which required my wife to call AT&T directly as the store could not take incoming calls. And two days later she stopped in to pick up the iPads. One was available, and the salesman said he would call in a couple of days when the other came in. 5 days later no call. We stopped in on grand opening day, and caught the manager, who immediately told us that that offer was no longer valid, and it was "while supplies last". His attitude was confrontational and he made it seem like we were at fault. We asked why the sign for the offer was still up, and he replied "well I can take that down if you want". We left, and stopped in at the store in Louis Joliet Mall, (which was basically across the street) just to see if the sign was up, it was not, but after explaining our situation to a salesman, that stores manager started calling around for an iPad, and promised to call us back with a status. The next morning we got a call, telling us they had one, and they would hold it for us. They rocked.

I drove 30 minutes today to have my cracked screen protector replaced only for her to tell me I have to submit the request online and then pay an additional $10 for shipping and handling. This is absolutely unacceptable! I was understandably upset and said you have to fix this, this is crazy, you lied and she told me that I need to get the fuck out of the store! Very threatening and she is an extremely large person so I feared for my safety!
