I had used Junk King on numerous occasions so I did not request an estimate when they arrived at the property. This was a painful mistake / omission on my part. I received a bill for nearly $1,700 for 3 plus truckloads. I got no phone call or advanced warning from the franchisee to let me know what the cost was going to be for the removal of these items. Had I had that information in advance, I would have definitely chosen a dumpster and labor as it would have been a third of the price. All the franchisee said was: "Sorry. Now we know for next time." Definitely NOT going to be a next time. Buyer beware when you hire this junk King franchisee for the South suburbs. Shady.
