The installation on the shower tile wall was installed incorrectly. You don't use extension rods on shower tile wall, they have to be drill into the tile in order for the drapes not to fall on you when your in the shower. I found this out threw researching. The professional decorator never informed me about drilling the tile rods into the tile wall To keep the drapes & rods in place & prevent it from falling off. The curtains, shower curtains & tiny stick on hook all fell of the tile wall when our guest used this shower. I was so angry, embarrassed & frustrated. This professional decorator from Triangle Appliance should've known better... including her installer. My last complaint is the shiny chrome she used for the two extinction rods does not match my nickel chrome in the rest of my guest bathroom. She has not even reached out to me to apologize for the mistake.

The scheduler told me that their repair person would be at our house between 8am-10am. On Friday morning we received a call telling us that their Tech was running three hours late. Then received another call later that day from a tech that was located in Skokie and that it was too late for him to come today but he would come tomorrow. This same sequence of events played out on Saturday, Sunday, and we finally cancelled our appointment this morning after this same cycle had repeated itself yet again. Every time a different person calls to reschedule and every time they constantly get my name and address wrong. They are horrible. Don't use them.

He sounded like he was intoxicated. He gave me a 3 hour window from 11-2 that he would show up. He came at 2:15 with no apology for being late. He drives a run down minivan with no company name on it. He had never seen a fridge like mine, even though it is very common and is sold by Sears. He kept asking me ridiculous questions that you think any repairman would know. He said "Are you sure this section is your fridge and not your freezer?" After an hour passed with him fumbling around, he said "well I don't know, could be your compressor, I thought it would be the fan but it ain't." Then he changed his mind and said it was due to dirty coils. He then charged me $105!!! He wanted the check made out to "Paul Buckley". There is apparently no true company name. He had wrote an invoice on a piece of paper when I asked for one. At the top he wrote "Paul Buckley", I couldn't read the rest of it. I asked him if he paid taxes and he got a bewildered look on his face. Turns out it wasn't dirty coils or the compressor, and his fumbling around didn't fix the problem. I had previously made an appointment with Sears, but they weren't able to come out for a week and a half. Mel was able to come out the next day, and charged half the price, so I was sold. He told me he'd be there between 2-6pm. We all know how that goes. At 5:45, I started to get impatient, and gave him a call. He answered right away and asked me if it was 6pm yet. Ouch. Mel showed up about 5 minutes later. All that aside, I probably would use Apple Appliance Repair again. Mel wasn't able to permanently fix the problem as it's a defect with the type of oven, but he was able to get it up and running in the meantime.
