We bought new phones in January of this year and after escalating this to the T mobile leadership team on multiple occasions - we don't have a resolution. there is no accountability for the promo that we were offered. I went into purchase a new phone I was told by the associate they had it available then told that they did not the manager interjected and was very condescending. He implied that I must subscribe to a team mobile account or I would have to pay much much more for the phone when in fact it is only $30 more to purchase the phone on its own. After a decade with Verizon where I paid a ridiculous $250 (three lines) per month for really crappy data speeds, phone quality, et al., my fam and I decided to bounce from them. My brother recommended T-Mobile. I saw this store located not too far from my parents' crib, and my fam bam decided to check it out. Things you should know: -It's super tiny, compared to other T-Mobile locations. -Only one person usually works there, so try going off hours to avoid a wait. -Customer service is great, and the representative will be straight forward when it comes to phone preferences and all that jazz. -No two-year contracts. -Huge parking lot (it's the 'burbs), and visiting this location is a much better option than going to a kiosk in a mall. -It's clean. It's been a couple years since I've switched to T-Mobile, and if I still lived in Minnesota I would consider visiting this store for all my phone needs. read more

I just received the worst customer service I have ever received. I got tossed around from customer service rep to customer service rep for over an hour. I've been with T-Mobile for so long, and I would like to think that I'm a loyal customer. On this day loyalty wasn't reciprocated.I am absolutely livid because I feel like I was simply just has to round because I didn't want to be dealt with. I had two motorola phones with broken screens. I decided to purchase a Moto E5 and use the Digits app to consolidate both phone numbers, work and personal. I had memory cards in both phones and of course SIM cards. I was not monitoring the associate while he moved one of my SIM cards to the new E5. But after a month of filling the phone with videos and photos, I checked my defunct stored cracked phones for the memory cards. Empty. Both of them missing the memory cards. And the other old phone should have still retained the SIM card. It was gone. Why did the associate keep these?! Excuse me, stole them! I should have verified everything before leaving the store. I urge you all to verify everything is in your possession before leaving this store. Or better yet, avoid these thieves. read more

The Minnetonka TMobile Sales Associate & Manager were useless. They had no idea what they were doing! We came in for a specific plan where we bogo a Samsung 8 via a prepaid Visa Card. First he said, we had to pay the taxes up front, then he said we didn't. Then he told us we needed to trade in our phones. Then he said we didnt. Then he said that we didn't need to do anything for our rebate, that it would automatically come to us in the mail. But we found out later that we actually did! We applied for the rebate one day before the cut off date. Then because he wrote us up on the wrong plan, TMobile didn't want to give us the rebate. We called the store, they said TM Customer Service could fix it. We called TM Customer Service. They said the Store had to fix it. We called the store again. They didn't know how to fix it. This happened many times over. Then they said we'll give you a bill credit for the same amount. We said no, being paid back in installments on our bill, over a years time, is not at all the same thing as having an $820 Visa Card to spend on whatever we wanted to. We pleaded with them to fix the issue. It wasn't our fault, yet we were doing all the legwork to try and resolve it. The MTKA Store did nothing over 3 months time! We finally got what we had signed up for after months of agonizing phone calls to many different reps. Ugh. It was a horrific experience! Stay far, far away! read more

Excellent customer service. Nar was able to fix an issue with my iPhone that Apple service couldn't! My wife bought a new Galaxy and they did a great job transferring all info to the new phone and setting it up. I will ALWAYS go back to this store for service and support in buying a new phone or addressing issues with my current phone. read more
