They were professional, positive, and determined to resolve the issue. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to complete the switch successfully. Before I left, Jan Carlos even provided his phone number and told me I could text him directly if I needed assistance in the future. That's outstanding customer service.

He finally disappeared for about 15 minutes and we waited longer and longer for the new phone to finish updating even though we saw it was already done.

It's that good that it's easily worth driving a little farther to get to. The customer service was excellent across the board. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rep who helped me - Matt - was perfect. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, and all around great. I made it a point afterwards that this will be the store I will return to in the future specifically for him. I actually have to go back soon to upgrade my own phone. The store itself is about what you'd expect - small, but comfortable. Neat, organized, and naturally all the latest devices are there on display and to tinker with. Depending on what you're looking for, prices are what they are. The charger was reasonable. The trade in/upgrade was also reasonable. The accessories - from the case to the wires were all reasonable. The added bonus was that my account was looked at and I actually got a little reduction in my bill (which was totally okay by me). Located in the Cortlandt Crossing mall, there's plenty of parking. I've tried most carriers and been to several of their stores - this was the best experience I've had overall and over the years, despite who the carrier was. When I returned, the technician tried to pressure me into replacing the phone casing, even after I explained that I couldn't afford it at the moment. When I was ready to pay, I noticed a line down my screen that was not there when I handed over my phone. The technician insisted it was already there and became very agitated when I questioned it. The situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I ended up paying for the casing and a screen protector, but later realized the screen protector had been removed. Because I was with my daughter and didn't want to cause a scene, I chose not to go back inside. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and I would be cautious before doing business here.

A beautiful young woman sat across from me while I bought an iPad a phone and a computer. She added on all kinds of extra things that I told her I did not want. Apple was not exactly responsive to say the least. It was not an official Apple Store. This young woman ended up charging everyone on my friends and family account because she thought she could get away with it. When I returned every single item because who likes to be ripped off to you? The manager refunded me over $1000 over what I had paid. I also caught hell from my friends and family subscribers even though they had made the appointment. Listen up. So few people know that we the taxpayers have already paid for the Internet so the military could have it. Almost everyone I mentioned this to in fact everyone we mentioned this to does not know this. So taxpayers paid for the Internet and then made some filthy deal with private companies so they could repackage it and sell it to us again. Doesn't seem very fair to me .
