I gave 4 stars only because there's always room for improvement. I went in to the store today (8.31.26) because after installing a few apps I got a message that my phone had been hacked! It was scary! I was fortunate in having Samuel greet me and ask how he could help. He assured me that it hadn't been hacked but he found some malware that had been downloaded. It took Samuel several tries but he found the problem and restored my phone to perfection. He said it was the worst case of malware he'd ever seen. Major kudos to Samuel for his knowledge and great customer service. read more

I'm a long time customer who's a part of a family plan with five lines. I've been attempting to upgrade my phone and have been attended to by an employee named Nicole who has a terrible customer service skill. Her lack of kindness, understanding, and patience is truly devastating. After 3 failed attempts at this location to upgrade my phone, I will never be returning to this location. Any T-Mobile location with sub-par customer service would be a step up from this one. The location is stuffy, smelly, and overall a lackluster experience. My advice to the employees: if you hate your job so much... please quit. Your apathy and lack of care is oozing. read more

Changed from Samsung to Pixel. TM could not transfer all my info. I was sitting trying to take pix of key pages when a young woman, Claudia, asked if she could help . I gratefully said yes. She sat on the bench beside me and worked with both phones. She had to excuse herself several times to go help someone or to assist other employees who approached with a question. She was gracious and knowledgeable during these encounters. I got a look at her badge -- Claudia -- Manager! There were a few more programs/apps etc. to transfer, but I was tiring and feeling guilty taking so much of Claudia's time and for not recalling long unused passwords. I needed to see if I could locate some passwords at home. We made an appointment. Two days later I had had no luck finding the passwords or getting any help from Microsoft. I almost cancelled; what's the use? Well it took a little time but Claudia worked her magic and somehow was able to meet my needs. I commend TM for having such a wonderful front line manager. With her knowledge base, interpersonal and technical skills, it is easy to see Claudia advancing up TMs management structure. Employees like Claudia are jewels that any business would covet. Thank you, Claudia, for excellent customer service to this non-tech savvy senior. read more

Beware the $70 restocking fee!!!!! Was not happy with the service I received at T-Mobile and switched carriers. Came back and returned the device within 7 days and this store STOLE $70 for a restock fee, which the original associate did not disclose before receiving the device. T-Mobile has wasted about 9 hours of my life and charged me $70 for it. Everything that went down was misleading and fraudulent. Google Fi is quick, easy, and less expensive--try them and AVOID t-mobile. read more

I would rather use carrier pigeons or send smoke signals than use any service with which T-Mobile is associated. They have done nothing but provide headaches and stress. They didn't deliver the deal that was promised on their website, customer service wouldn't fix the problem, they were all clueless as to the promotion offered on their website and then upon returning the phone got ambushed with a $70 restocking fee. So, you get burned no matter what. Fortunately, Google gave the exact same deal offered on T-Mobile's website with no hassle--up and running in minutes instead of spending hours discussing policy with customer service representatives and getting thoroughly gaslighted by them. So I guess I can skip going to the park to hunt for pigeons. But should the choice between using T-Mobile and feathered messengers, I will always opt for the latter. T-Mobile is literally the worst business in helping its customers and is verging on fraudulent behavior. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. went in with my wife and we talked to one shorter employee who talked straight out of his ass! we tried to trade in an iphone 12 for a 13 pro max and he pulled out so many excuses on how much it would cost and how many fees and down payments we'd have to pay. i couldn't tell if he was lying to get us out of the store or lying to us so he can go home! if i were you i would go online and pay the shipping fee so you don't have to deal with those ass clowns who won't do their job and straight up lie to your face so they don't have to go through the whole process! either that or change phone carriers! you might as well go through Metro PCS or even a pay as you go phone from walmart! read more
