When we questioned the charges, there was no clear explanation or accountability -- just vague responses and no real resolution. This feels like a business model that relies on customers not paying close attention to their bill. When I called after I got the bank statements the customer representative said because it was because they did not remove the debit card. They did not reimburse them and said that they would remove the debit card as if that made it okay. I don't trust this company or how they treat the elder the service is not good, the over gauging is terrible, and they take advantage of older people. Don't use them.
