The following days after having my Phone repaired I noticed the camera was blurry and the lens was foggy. Called the store and spoke to the same employee who told me to bring it in. When I showed up it was a different employee and he did everything in his power to blame something other than their store. It's clearly visible that there is glue runoff and a finger print causing my pictures to look blurry but he denied everything. Told me my phone was really dirty and that what was causing it. I dropped my ipad off, then when I arrived to my house, I got a quote from another company for both the glass and the LCD screen and it was significantly less. I called to see if they had started work on my ipad yet.. and they had already. I asked if I could come pick it up all taken apart to take it to the other place that quoted me less.. and instead of me having to pick it up, they beat the price. I left it with them on Friday, and it was finished Monday. Very quick service. I met the manager finally, and was nervous due to all the bad reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. He was nothing like the bad reviews had sais. He was very professional. I wasnt informed about the lack of water resistance at any point. The phone continued to function. I took it back to them and they said they will dry it out but the damage was already done. I wasnt informed given a slight attitude when i took the phone back after the incident. A few weeks after i got the white screen of death, i took it to a different repair shop and they informed the inside two cables were damaged and there was about 6 screws missing around the battery. I had to just get a new phone due to al the issues. So affordable prices, quick fix but quality is compromised. Repair was done in July of 2025, phone screens topped working 8 weeks later After I posted this review, the owner publicly responded by telling me not to "blame others for [my] own mistakes" and stating that he hoped I would not return. I have attached his response so customers can evaluate it themselves. My complaint remains about the physical condition of the phone following the repair. A different repair shop later identified two damaged internal cables and approximately six missing screws around the battery.
