This review is long overdue since I first visited this T-Mobile location in May 2015. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in a good place. The facility was clean and the staff was on their toes. I was looking to switch not only my family's personal cell phones, but also the lines from our family business, a local hair salon (Hair Philosophy). As soon as I told David what I was trying to do, he started sharing the different business platforms T-Mo. offers. I was so impressed. Usually, I have a lot of questions, but with such a change I had even more questions than normal. David tackled each question and broke it down so that I understood. I made no commitment, even though I took up about an hour of David's time. He didn't pressure me and he didn't seem irritated that I didn't buy right away. He was genuinely happy to help. I went in the next day and another David (this time the manager) helped me out. He picked up right were the previous employee left off and we were able to purchase 2 personal cell phones, a cell for the business, and a tablet. They even hooked it up with square processing! I've been there several times since then and every time I am greeted and treated with the same consistent, excellent service. Thank you guys for being assets to our business! read more

Every time I come in here it gets worse and worse. 40 minutes in there waiting, wasn't even greeted once or checked on. I get it you are busy with other customers but greet your customers and let us know you'll be with us as soon as you're done. Once the customers that were being helped left, the only two associates walked to the back room and still didn't bother to talk to us. We left and took our business elsewhere, Montebello mall location greeted us before we even walked in there. Walked out with two phones and a new watch and very happy with the service. I've gone to the Whittier/Montebello location for over ten years and I won't be going back. You need to do better read more

I went today to the t mobile store with my dad. He was going to help me change my number. I normally don't write negative reviews. I can't imagine if my dad were to walk into this t mobile alone and have been not helped or guided whats so ever. My didn't did not know how to log into his account which a lot of older people struggle with being tech savvy. This would have been a great opportunity for the service advisor to help him. Instead he and his entire staff were to busy watching the game. I don't know how you can do something like advertise and try to get us to buy all these things. When it comes to basic service and support absolutely nothing. I had helped my dad with the entire process because you can see how stand off ish this person was. I don't know about you but personally. We pay for our services I would have loved to receive better service. Terrible service ever!!!! On February 18th, I went to buy a 5G hotspot. Ricardo, who helped me with my phone in December, told me that the only options were 20GB or 100GB, and that 100GB would come with a free device while 20GB would require me to pay for it. I chose 100GB after confirming with my brother, but this month the device charge appeared on my bill. When I called to dispute it, Ricardo denied ever saying any of that. He also lied about another USB-type device for computers being free, which he never mentioned to me. It feels like he mocks customers, makes up facts, and pretends he doesn't remember what he said. I will never go to this place again and deeply regret signing up with this team. read more

I dislike coming here. One of the girls that works here, I think she's a manager, idk. But I never got her name, and it was two different occasions. She just has this very off putting attitude; like you're bothering her by asking her assistance, which is what she's being paid to do!!!! Came in at 7:01pm checked in at 7:10pm with Christopher another person that came in after me got attended to and waiting still at 7:47pm to get help that's more then an hour already. He walked around while closing the doors and did not attend us at all. Another rep did the same they just sat down and still not helping us finally at 7:50pm they helped us let's see how it goes they basically help us out but it took a awhile was trying to get my mom to get extra lines and I told him we wont need them other then long wait time it was a overall good experience. read more

Came yesterday 10/25 and we were helped by June. She was so helpful and informative. Everything was so easy and breezy. The most we took in there was about an hour or so. The only that kinda sucked was the inventory but totally get it due to the tariffs. Overall June made the process to upgrade our phones easy. If you go hit up June she was so awesome. read more

Avoid this mobile store as they try to upsell you on everything and force you to sign up for the lowest coverage plan, which costs more than $125 a month for two lines. How did it come to be that when I was attempting to get a line, they were suggesting to me some kind of "plan to save money"? The representative was quite rude and condescending, and she tried to upsell me on screen protectors and Apple Care, as well as insurance, for about 435.22 cents at the door. Understaffed and undertrained. It's not good enough to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen by someone that won't critically think or problem solve. To be told to wait longer for a system/app to come or to come back later. Went to a different tmobile location and was helped right away despite that location having the same application issues (also no wait). For a while this was my go to store. But at the beginning of this year I traded in my phone and purchased an iPhone 8. It wasn't until October of this year that I found out that that phone I had turned in was stolen by one of the associates in the store. When I spoke to T-Mobile the , of course, tried to rid themselves of any fault. After I went back to the store to speak to the manager I realized no one was going to do anything. I was forced to pay the remaining balance for a phone I had turned into the store. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes for them to check if they had the iPhone 8 in stock. They answered but never got back to me and left me on hold. I got to the store and saw two girl's standing around taking selfies! When they saw me walk in they both hesitated to help me. As I wait for them to check if they have the iPhone in stock the other girl is standing around taking selfie's while customers walk in ungreeted. I been a t-mobile customer for over 17 years, I always visited the Pasadena location on lake and Cordova Which was close where I live. I just move to montebello this year and this location is walking distance from my new home. I wanted to add a new line to my account , I sign in to be help and waited for more than half hour and I can see some of the employees just standing. I ask one employee if I can be help. She was rude the way she told me that they are all busy with someone and I will be call. I just walk out.
